नई राष्ट्रीय दिव्यांगजन योजना:प्रदेश में दिव्यांगजनों का पुनर्वास नई राष्ट्रीय दिव्यांगजन योजना के अनुरूप किया जाएगा
हरियाणा के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता राज्यमंत्री श्री ओम प्रकाश यादव ने कहा कि प्रदेश में दिव्यांगजनों का पुनर्वास नई राष्ट्रीय दिव्यांगजन योजना के अनुरूप किया जाएगा। इसके तहत उन्हें शारीरिक, शैक्षणिक तथा आर्थिक तौर पर मजबूत किया जाएगा।
एसएस न्यूज.चंड़ीगढ़। हरियाणा के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता राज्यमंत्री ओम प्रकाश यादव ने कहा कि प्रदेश में दिव्यांगजनों का पुनर्वास नई राष्ट्रीय दिव्यांगजन योजना के अनुरूप किया जाएगा। इसके तहत उन्हें शारीरिक, शैक्षणिक तथा आर्थिक तौर पर मजबूत किया जाएगा।
इलेक्ट्रिक ट्राई साइकिल उपलब्ध करवाने हेतु मसौदा तैयार करने के दिए निर्देश
यादव ने आज विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक में अधिकारियों को तदानुसार कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके लिए शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग बच्चों तथा बड़ों की शीघ्र पहचान करने तथा उनके उपचार एवं सहायक उपकरण उपलब्ध करवाने संबंधी कार्य शीघ्र किए जाएं। इसके साथ ही ऐसे लोगों का सरकारी कार्यालयों, अस्पतालों, थानों व अन्य भवनों में आवागमन सहज बनाया जाए ताकि वे अपने कार्य आसानी से करवा सकें । उन्होंने दिव्यांग जनों को इलेक्ट्रिक ट्राई साइकिल उपलब्ध करवाने हेतु मसौदा तैयार करने के भी निर्देश दिए।
खेल, सांस्कृतिक जीवन तथा नवसृजन के विषय में नई योजना बनाने को कहा
यादव ने कहा कि विभाग के अधिकारियों को विभिन्न श्रेणियों एवं लाभार्थियों के उत्कर्ष के लिए आगामी 3 महीने की योजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इनमें ऐसे लोगों के लिए खेल, सांस्कृतिक जीवन तथा नवसृजन के विषय में नई योजना बनाने को कहा गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले दिव्यांगों की सहायता चैरिटी के तौर पर होती थी परन्तु अब उन्हें यह उनके अधिकार के तौर पर प्राप्त होगी। इसके साथ ही उन्हें प्रताडित करने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धाराओं के तहत दंडात्मक कार्रवाई भी की जा सकेगी।

सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता राज्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देश में इससे पहले 7 प्रकार की विकलांगता अधिसूचित थी, जिसको बढाकर केन्द्र सरकार ने 21 कर दिया है। इससे विभिन्न श्रेणियों के दिव्यांगों को और लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल की जनहितैषी नीतियों के चलते हरियाणा में अभी 1.80 लाख दिव्यांगों को आर्थिक मदद एवं पैशन की सुविधा दी जा रही है। इस अवसर पर विभाग के निदेशक जगदीप सिंह श्योराण, उपनिदेशक डॉ. आदित्य सहित अनेक अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
