गांवों की कीमती जमीनों व पंचायती फंडों पर है भाजपा सरकार की नजर : सत्यवीर डागर

हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा जिले के 26 और गांवों फरीदाबाद नगर निगम में शामिल करने के प्रस्ताव को लेकर अब कांग्रेस पार्टी ने आपत्ति जताते हुए इसके विरोध में बिगुल फूंक दिया है। इसी कड़ी में शनिवार को हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के सदस्य एवं प्रगतिशील किसान मंच के अध्यक्ष सत्यवीर डागर ने भाजपा सरकार के इस निर्णय को पूरी तरह से आधारहीन बताते हुए कहा कि सरकार की मंशा सम्पन्न गांवों की जमीनों व उनके पंचायती फंडों को हड़पने की है क्योंकि नगर निगम में जो गांव पहले से ही शामिल है, उनकी वर्षाे से दुर्दशा है, ऐसे में नगर निगम और नए गांवों का विकास कैसे करेगी। श्री डागर आज एन.एच.-3 स्थित अरावली गोल्फ क्लब में आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उनके साथ मुख्य रूप से कांग्रेस कमेटी के सचिव एवं प्रदेश प्रवक्ता सुमित गौड़, प्रदेश प्रवक्ता योगेश ढींगड़ा, मोहम्मद बिलाल, किसान नेता ऋषिराज त्यागी, गौरव ढींगड़ा, लुकमान खान आदि मौजूद थे।
सत्यवीर डागर ने नगर निगम प्रशासन को आड़े हाथों लेते हुए कहा कि निगम में फिलहाल जितने गांव शामिल है, वह यह बताएं कि अब तक उन्होंने इन गांवों की कितनी संपत्ति व फंड लिया है और उन गांवों में कितना विकास करवाया है? उन्होंने अपने पैतृक गांव झाड़सेंतली का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि उनका गांव भी नगर निगम के अधीन आता है, लेकिन आज तक यहां सीवरेज की व्यवस्था तक नहीं हो पाई है, यही नहीं वहां की सडक़ें भी टूटी व बदहाल है और पानी की समस्या भी विकराल बनी हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि नगर निगम में भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर है और हाल ही में करोड़ों रूपए की भ्रष्टाचार की फाईलें जल जाना इसका जीता जागता सबूत है क्योंकि इन फाईलों में वह राज थे, जिन पर भाजपा पार्षदों ने यह आरोप लगाए थे कि बिना विकास कार्य के लिए ठेकेदारों को करोड़ों की राशि दे दी गई, लेकिन आज तक सरकार ने इस मामले की कोई जांच नहीं करवाई, जबकि दूसरी ओर आज भी पंचायतों में आज भी पारदर्शिता है और कोई भी गड़बड़ी होने पर पंच-सरपंचों को इसकी जवाबदेही देनी होनी है।
डागर ने कहा कि इससे पूर्व पृथला क्षेत्र के चार गांवों आलापुर, अगवानपुर, नया गांव (फजलपुर), फिरोजपुर को पलवल नगरपालिका क्षेत्र में शामिल किया गया था और आज यह गांव भी विकास के मामले में पीछे छूट गए है। वहीं श्री डागर ने पिपली में किसानों पर किए गए लाठीचार्ज की भी कड़ी भत्र्सना करते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश के अन्नादाता पर जिस प्रकार से बर्बरतापूर्वक लाठियां भांजी गई है, उसका जवाब भाजपा को आने वाले समय में बरोदा में होने वाले उपचुनाव में देना होगा। इस मामले में कांग्रेस पार्टी पूरी तरह से किसानों के साथ है और जल्द ही इस मुद्दे को लेकर सरकार के खिलाफ आंदोलन का बिगुल बजाएगी। इस मौके पर प्रदेश प्रवक्ता सुमित गौड ने भी भाजपा सरकार पर जमकर प्रहार करते हुए कहा कि सरकार का यह प्रस्ताव मेयर चुनावों को लेकर लिया जा रहा है क्योंकि सरकार की मंशा इन गांवों का विकास करवाने की नहीं बल्कि इन गांवों की कीमती जमीनों व पंचायती फंड्स को हड़पने की है, जिसका कांग्रेस पार्टी कड़ा विरोध करती है और इस प्रस्ताव को किसी भी कीमत पर लागू नहीं होने देगी।
