मेरा मानना है कि लालच जिस समय अपने चरम पर पहुंच जाता है तो उस मनुष्य को केवल अपना निहित स्वार्थ ही दिखाई देता है। इन्द्र ने भी अपने स्वार्थ के तहत पार्वती की तपस्या को जल्दी पूर्ण करवाने के लिए ही अग्नि का ताप बढ़ाने के लिए अग्नि देव को आदेश दिए थे।

इस लिए जहां तक संभव हो सके अंहकार को तिलांजलि देकर जैसे जैसे सर्वेश्वर भगवान के प्रति जैसे- जैसे एक भक्त की अभिरुचि और जिज्ञासा बढती है तो उस भक्त को धीरे-धीरे अंहकार समाप्त हो जाता है और आनन्दानुभूति होती है जिसको पैसे से नहीं खरीदा जा सकता है।
