आज से करीब 17 वर्ष पहले राष्ट्रीय सैनिक संस्था के संरक्षक पंजाब के पूर्व राज्यपाल और चंडीगढ़ के मुख्य प्रशासक लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल बी के ऍन छिब्बर , पी वी एस एम , ऐ वी एस एम , वी एस एम की प्रेरणा से हमने अत्यंत मेहनत , खोज और अध्यन के बाद एक किताब लिखी थी “ आज मेरे देश को सुभाष चाहिये “ | इस किताब की प्रस्तावना संलग्न है |
प्रस्तावना में पूछे गये प्रश्नों से ही उत्तर मिलना प्रारम्भ हो जायेगा और इस किताब में उस उत्तर का सरल भाषा में चित्रों और कुछ ख़ास दस्तावेजो के साथ विवरण दिया गया है |
यदि नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की म्रत्यु का समाचार न बताया जाता तो आजाद हिन्द फौज के सिपाही हथियार नही डालते और भारत की जनता विभाजन को स्वीकार न करती |
इंडिया गेट पर नेताजी की प्रतिमा की स्थापना एक नई चेतना का प्रारम्भ है |
आज हम उसी सुभाष की बात कर रहे हैं जिसने 21 अक्टूबर 1943 को आजाद हिन्द सरकार का गठन किया था और उस समय के अविभाजित भारत के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री वह स्वयम थे | इस आजाद हिन्द सरकार को 10 दिन में 11 देशो ने मान्यता दे दी थी जिनमे रूस और जर्मनी भी शामिल थे | लिहाजा अखंड भारत के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस को भारत रत्न दिया जाना चाहिए |
आज़ाद हिन्द फौज के 60000 सिपाहियों में से 26000 शहीद हुए थे यानी करीब 40 % | माउंट बेटन ने स्वयम स्वीकार किया था कि अंग्रेजी फौज को सबसे ज्यादा नुक्सान आजाद हिन्द फौज ने पहुंचाया हैं | इसलिए सुभाष को परम वीर चक्र भी मिलना चाहिए |
हमारी मांग है की परमवीर चक्र और भारत रत्न दोनों एक साथ दिए जाएं | हमारी यह भी मांग है की राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण और चरित्र निर्माण के लिए स्कूलों में 10वीं क्लास के स्तर पर प्रारम्भिक सैनिक प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य किया जाए जिसके संचालन के लिए राष्ट्रीय सैनिक संस्था तैयार है |
