कार्यवाहक सरपंच का चुनाव : अगवानपुर के कार्यवाहक सरपंच का चुनाव कल
गांव के पंचायती रिकार्ड को नष्ट करने के आरोपित अगवानपुर गांव के सरपंच बलराज को उपायुक्त द्वारा निलंबित कर दिया गया था। सरपंच के निलंबित होने के बाद कई दिनों से पंचायत का प्रभावित है। ऐसे में खंड विकास एवं पंचायत विभाग ने नए कार्यवाहक सरपंच के चुनाव के लिए तिथि तय कर दी है।

गांव के पंचायती रिकार्ड को नष्ट करने के आरोपित अगवानपुर गांव के सरपंच बलराज को उपायुक्त द्वारा निलंबित कर दिया गया था। सरपंच के निलंबित होने के बाद कई दिनों से पंचायत का प्रभावित है। ऐसे में खंड विकास एवं पंचायत विभाग ने नए कार्यवाहक सरपंच के चुनाव के लिए तिथि तय कर दी है। 10 फरवरी बुधवार को खंड कार्यालय में पंचो द्वारा गांव के कार्यवाहक सरपंच का चुनाव किया जाएगा। बहुमत वाले पंच को कार्यवाहक सरपंच पद का कार्यभार सौंपा जाएगा।
जिसके बाद गांव में विकास कार्य शुरू हो सकेंगे। गौरतलब है कि अगवानुपर गांव के सरपंच बलराज ने 14 दिसंबर को ग्राम पंचायत का रिकार्ड चोरी दिखा कर पुलिस में झूठा मामला दर्ज करवा दिया था। जबकि पुलिस जांच में सामने आया कि सरपंच के खिलाफ मिट्टी गबन मामले में चल रही जांच से बचने के लिए खुद पंचायत का रिकार्ड को तालाब में फैंक दिया था।
इस मामले में एसईपीओ की शिकायत पर बड़ी पुलिस ने सरंपच के खिलाफ विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर दिया था। इस मामले में उपायुक्त ने भी संज्ञान लेते हुए सरपंच बलराज को निलंबित कर दिया गया था।
