आज जो हम चर्चा करेंगे उसमें जीवन वह अनुभव सांझा करूंगा जिससे आप जीवन के कई रंग देखेंगे। कोरोबार करना, कारोबार में सफल होना कोई बड़ी बात नहीं इसमें बड़ी बात है कामयाब इंसान होना।
आज जो हम चर्चा करेंगे उसमें जीवन वह अनुभव सांझा करूंगा जिससे आप जीवन के कई रंग देखेंगे। कोरोबार करना, कारोबार में सफल होना कोई बड़ी बात नहीं इसमें बड़ी बात है कामयाब इंसान होना। कामयाब इंसान आप किसे कहेंगे मुझे इससे कोई सरोकार नहीं मेरे विचार में कामयाब इंसान कौन होता है उसी चर्चा करने जा रहा हूं।
मेरे 66 साल के अनुभव की स्याही
इससे पहले की हम अपनी बात को शुरू करें हमे थोड़ा यह समझना होगा कि यह बातें जिनका जिक्र हम कर रहे हैं यह किसी से सुनी हुई या कहीं से पढ़कर नही बताई है रही। यह मेरे जीवन की वह किताब है जिसको 66 साल के अनुभव की स्याही से लिखा जा रहा है।
मेरी जिंदगी संघर्षों से भरी गाथा तो आइए मै सुरेश चंद जैन आपको अपने जीवन की कहानियां सुनता हूं आप भी मेरे सफर में हमसफ़र हैं। मेरी जिंदगी संघर्षों से भरी गाथा है।
संघर्ष के पश्चात आनंद की अनुभूतिइस संघर्ष में बिल्कुल ऐसे ही आनंद आएगा जिस प्रकार से आप मेहनत करने के बाद पसीना आए और हवा चले तो आपको शीतलता का एहसास होता है जिंदगी के अंदर कुछ घटित घटनाएं कुछ परेशानियां कुछ लिखते हैं कुछ रुकावटें आती हैं, संघर्ष के पश्चात जब आपको परिणाम प्राप्त होते हैं तो आपको एक आनंद की अनुभूति होती है ऐसा अलौकिक आनंद जिसका व्याख्यान आप शब्दों में नहीं कर सकते जैसे गुड आप भी आनंद लीजिएगा। आज मैं आपको अपनी ऐसी कहानी सुनाने जा रहा हूं जिसका मेरे कारोबार के साथ-साथ सामाजिक सरोकार भी है।

मेरे जीवन की सारथीयह बात सन् 1973 की है जब हमारी वैवाहिक संसारिक जीवन की यात्रा शुरू होती है। भारत देश के राजस्थान प्रदेश का अलवर जिला है यहां के श्री बद्री प्रसाद जी जैन परिवार की बेटी बिमला जैन जो अपने परिवार में 4 बहनों व 2 भाईयों की सबसे बडी है और यही मेरे जीवन की सारथी बनी। आदरणीय प्रबुद्धजनों यह जिन्दगी की सच्चाई ही है की ग्रहस्थी जीवन में सभी ने साथ मिलकर घर के अन्दर छोटा-छोटा कार्य करके जीवन की यात्रा सम्भाल कर चलाते गये।

सन् सितम्बर 1974 में हमारे यहां नन्ही परी सी बच्ची का जन्म हुआ जिसका नाम “कविता” रखा गया। जिसको हमारे माता श्री, पिता श्री जी व सपरिवार ने बडे ही चाव से मन से खुशियों का सागर हिलौरे ले रहा था बेटी के आने की खुशी में मिठाईयाँ बांटी। बिटिया के आगमन के साथ-साथ ही हमारे घर में, जीवन में, मेरे स्वयं के रहन सहन में, खान पान में, परिवर्तन होने लगा। हमारी बिटिया हमारे लिए बहुत ही भाग्यवान थी। मेरी अर्धांगिनी व हम सभी ने मिलकर सिलाई, स्वेटर बुनाई, पापड़ बनाना, प्लास्टिक की कई तरह समान बनाने का कार्य करते हुए हम आगे की ओर बढ़ते गये।
खतरनाक निर्णय नौकरी छोड़ने का
आदरणीय प्रबुद्धजनों सन् 1978 मे 300रुपये पिता जी से और 200रुपये अपने बचत में से– कुल 500रुपये की दो हेन्ड मोलडिंग को अपने छोटी जगह पर लगाकर दो कारीगरों के साथ कार्य करना आरम्भ किया। सन् 1981 मै नौकरी का त्याग पत्र अपने आदरणीय मालिक को सौंप कर नौकरी छोडने का फ़ैसला किया। मेरा स्वयं का उस समय बहुत ही खतरनाक निर्णय था।
तरक्की और संतुष्ट जीवन के लिए
श्री जिनैन्दर भगवान को नमस्कार कर व प्रार्थना करते हुए हमने बाहर के सभी कार्य बन्द कर दिए, दिन – रात अपने कार्य को स्वच्छन्दता बढ़ाने लगे, तरक्की और संतुष्ट जीवन के लिए शिक्षा व संस्कार भी बहुत जरूरी है।
निष्कर्ष :नेक दिल इंसान ही कामयाब कारोबारी
इस कहानी का निष्कर्ष एक ही है जब आप कारोबार करते हैं तो आपका परिवार साथ हो। परिवार को साथ लेकर चलें, उनको समय दें, उनकी भावनाओं की कदर करें और सामाजिक कार्यों को करते हुए एक नेक दिल इंसान बनना बहुत जरूरी है। आप कामयाब कारोबारी बनना चाहते हैं इसका सबसे पहला और सबसे बड़ा मंत्र है आपको अपने परिवार के सदस्यों की भावनाओं को समझना होगा जो पैसा आप कमाते हैं कुछ मानव सेवा के लिए लगाना होगा।

नारी के बिना यह सृष्टि अधूरी है। नारी घर की लक्ष्मी है, ज्ञान की देवी सरस्वती है, शक्ति के रूप में दुर्गा है। इसलिए नारी का सम्मान हर हाल में दिल से करेंगे तो कामयाब होंगे। इसलिए यह संकल्प करिए कि नारी का सम्मान तो कारोबार का उत्थान इसको व्यावहारिकता दे दीजिए।
