अबकी बार 7वां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस : “बी विद योग, बी एट होम” थीम के साथ डिजिटल माध्यम से मनाएगा फरीदाबाद।
एसएस न्यूज. फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि आयुष मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के निर्देशानुसार 21 जून को आयोजित 7वां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस कोरोना महामारी के मद्देनजर स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षात्मक मानदंडों की अनुपालना करते हुए फरीदाबाद जिला में डिजीटल माध्यम से मनाया जाएगा। इस बार अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस “बी विद योग, बी एट होम” थीम के साथ लोगों को घर पर रहकर ही योग दिवस मनाने के लिए सतर्कता एवं सावधानी पूर्वक मनाये जाने के लिए जागरूक किया जा रहा है।
“योग भगाए रोग” पद्धति अनुरूप आयुष मंत्रालय भारत सरकार
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के दौर में योग पद्धति के माध्यम से मनुष्य शरीर में रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता विकसित होने में बहुत सहयोग मिला है। ऐसे में “योग भगाए रोग” पद्धति अनुरूप आयुष मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की ओर से 7वां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पूरे जिला में डिजीटल प्लेटफार्म पर घर पर रहकर ही हर व्यक्ति मनाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि आयुष विभाग के माध्यम से सभी विभागाध्यक्ष, सरकारी व गैर-सरकारी शिक्षण संस्थानों के प्रतिनिधियों के माध्यम से आमजन तक डिजिटल स्वरूप से घर पर रहकर ही योग दिवस के आयोजन में भागीदार बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि योग दिवस को घर पर रहकर ही गरिमामय ढंग से मनाने के लिए हर पहलू पर संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है।
योग हमारे शरीर व मन को स्वस्थ रखने में महत्वपूर्ण
जिला आयुर्वेदिक अधिकारी डॉ. मंजू ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि योग हमारे शरीर व मन को स्वस्थ रखने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करता है। योग को दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बनाकर हम बीमारियों से दूरी बनाए रख सकते हैं। हाल ही में कोरोना रूपी महामारी में रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता विकसित करने में योग सहायक है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार कोरोना महामारी में फिर से मंत्रालय की ओर से घरों में रहकर ही योग क्रिया करने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए हैं, जिनकी अनुपालना फरीदाबाद जिला में प्रभावी रूप से होगी। “बी विद योग, बी एट होम” थीम के साथ जिलावासी अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस में भागीदार बनेंगे।
