सोनीपत: टेहा और राठधना में अवैध निर्माणों पर चला पीला पंजा
जिला नगर योजनाकार विभाग द्वारा गांव टेहा और राठधना में गुरूवार को अवैध निर्माण गिरा दिये गए। अवैध कालोनियों तथा अवैध निर्माण के बारे में सीएम विडो पर शिकायत मिलने यह कार्रवाई की गई है।

सोनीपत: जिला नगर योजनाकार विभाग द्वारा गांव टेहा और राठधना में गुरूवार को अवैध निर्माण गिरा दिये गए। अवैध कालोनियों तथा अवैध निर्माण के बारे में सीएम विडो पर शिकायत मिलने यह कार्रवाई की गई है। टेहा में जीटी रोड़ स्थित अवैध निर्माण तथा गांव राठधना में लगभग पांच एकड़ में विकसित की जा रही अवैध कालोनी को ढहा दिया गया है।
अपराध: अवैध हथियारों समेत दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजे
जिला नगर योजनाकार की टीम ने गुरुवार को जीटी रोड़ के निकट टेहा गांव की जमीन में काटी गई अवैध कालोनी में हुए निर्माणों पर पीला पंजा चलाया है। पुलिस बल का सहयोग लेकर अवैध निर्माण को ढहा दिया। टीम ने एटीपी अंजू व पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी में सीएम विंडो की शिकायत पर कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस बल में तिरूपति बालाजी एसोसिएट एंड नर्सरी के कार्यालय के साथ-साथ उसके साथ में लगते एक निजी कार्यालय को तुड़वाया। जिला नगर योजनाकार अधिकारी नरेश कुमार ने बताया कि जीटी रोड पर एचएसआईआईडीसी इंडस्ट्रीज एसोसिएशन बड़ी के प्रधान शमशेर शर्मा द्वारा अवैध कालोनी में अवैध रूप से बनाए गए तिरूपति बालाजी एसोसिएट एंड नर्सरी के कार्यालय की सीएम विंडो पर शिकायत की गई थी।
लल्हेड़ी गांव के रामधन मलिक द्वारा 21 जून को सीएम विंडो पर यह शिकायत दर्ज करवाई गई थी। जिसके बाद शमशेर शर्मा को दो जुलाई को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी कर 12 जुलाई को कार्यालय में उपस्थित होकर लिखित में जवाब देने के निर्देश दिए थे। शमशेर शर्मा कारण बताओ नोटिस का लिखित में कोई जवाब नहीं दिया और न ही अवैध निर्माण को हटाया। इसलिए अवैध निर्माण को जेसीबी की मदद से तुड़वा दिया। इनकी टीम में एटीपी अंजू, जेई गौरव के अलावा थाना बड़ी से पुलिस कर्मी मौजूद रहे।

एचएसआईआईडीसी इंडस्ट्रीज एसोसिएशन बड़ी के प्रधान शमशेर शर्मा द्वारा टेहा गांव की जमीन पर बनाए गए इस कार्यालय का उद्घाटन दो महीने पहले 29 जून को हुआ था। कार्यालय का उद्घाटन पर सांसद रमेश कौशिक बतौर मुख्यातिथि पहुंचे थे। सांसद ने रिबन काट कर कार्यालय का उद्घाटन किया था। उद्घाटन के दो माह बाद ही जिला नगर योजनाकार विभाग की टीम ने इस कार्यालय को पूरी तरह से ढहा दिया।

उधर उपायुक्त ललित शिवाच ने कहा है कि गांव राठधना में एक अवैध प्रोपर्टी डीलर ऑफिस, आठ लेबर क्वार्टर, तीन कमरे, चार बाउंडरी वाल, पांच डीपीसी तथा लगभग पांच एकड़ में फैले रोड़ नेटवर्क को ध्वस्त किया गया किया गया। अवैध निर्माण करवा रहे प्रोपर्टी डीलरों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई। अवैध कालोनी चिह्न्ति कर उनमें चेतावनी बोर्ड लगाए गए हैं।
