महर्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय (मदवि) के पत्रकारिता एवं जनसंचार के सहायक प्रोफेसर तथा विश्वविद्यालय के निदेशक जनसंपर्क सुनित मुखर्जी ने कहा है कि उत्तर-कोविड काल में कॅरियर की संभावनाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए विद्यार्थियों को री-लर्निंग, री-स्किलिंग, री-सेटिंग(माइंडसेट) तथा री-डीफाइनिंग (वन सेल्फ) का मंत्र अपनाना होगा। कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्ज, साफ्ट स्किल्ज तथा टैक्नीकल स्किल्ज के कंवर्जेस से कॅरियर लक्ष्य तय करने होंगे। जरूरत आत्म विश्वास के साथ-साथ सकारात्मक सोच, जोश-जुनून तथा भविष्योन्मुखी रोडमैप की है। वे कॅरियर मंत्र दीनबंधु सर छोटूराम विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, मुरथल के छात्र कल्याण विभाग द्वारा आयोजित कॅरियर वेबीनार में सांझा किए।
उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों को क्रिटीकल थिंकिंग-प्रॉब्लम सॉल्विंग एटीट्यूड, क्रिएटीविटी एण्ड इन्नोवेशन, कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्ज एण्ड इमोशनल इंटैलीजेंस पर विशेष ध्यान देना होगा। जहां कॅरियर में तकनीकी कौशल तथा डोमेन नॉलेज का महत्त्व है, वहीं सोशल तथा इंटर-पर्सनल स्किल्ज का भी विशेष महत्त्व है।
मुखर्जी ने कहा कि डेटा साइंस, डेटा एनालिटक्स, डेटा विजुअलाइजेशन, नेटवर्क आटोमेशन डेवलपमेंट, क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग, आर्टिफिसियल इंटैलीजेंस, मशीन लर्निंग, कंटेंट क्रिएशन, रिस्क एनालिसस, बिजनैस एनालिटक्स, एजुकेशनल टैक्नोलोजी, इंस्ट्रक्शनल डिजाइन, एप डेवलपमेंट, टीचिंग एण्ड रिसर्च, डेटा जर्नलिज्म, ब्लागिंग एण्ड पॉड कास्टिंग आदि में कॅरियर की बेहतरीन संभावनाएं हैं। क्रिएटीविटी, कनेक्टीविटी तथा कलेक्टीविटी को जीवन में समाहित कर कॅरियर की रूपरेखा तय करने की बात सुनित मुखर्जी ने की। व्याख्यान उपरांत विद्यार्थियों के प्रश्रों के उत्तर भी उन्होंने दिए। विश्वविद्यालय के युवा कल्याण परामर्शदाता डा. आनंद शर्मा ने सुनित मुखर्जी का परिचय दिया। संचालन तथा आभार प्रदर्शन विश्वविद्यालय की सांस्कृतिक समन्वयिका प्रो. सुमन सांगवान ने किया। कार्यक्रम का संयोजन छात्र कल्याण अधिष्ठाता प्रो. विजय कुमार शर्मा ने किया। विश्वविद्यालय के प्राध्यापकगण, विद्यार्थीगण इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए।
