प्रदेश के कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग के मंत्री जयप्रकाश दलाल गोहाना की अनाज मंडी में फसल खरीद का जायजा लेने पहुंचे फसल की नमी की जांच करवाई और किसानों की समस्याओं को सुना और समाधान भी किया और कहा कि थारा एक एक दाना खरीदेंगे बस म्हारा ध्यान रखियों।
पत्रकारों से चर्चा में कहा कि पहले की सरकारों ने किसानों की आंखों में केवल धूल झोंकने का काम किया है और किसानों को बहला फुसलाकर उनके वोट लिए हैं, जबकि किसानों की वास्तविक हितैषी भाजपा सरकार है। हम हरियाणा के किसान का एक- एक दाना खरीदेंगे। प्रदेश सरकार ने हैफेड की राइस मिल को स्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया है। इस परियोजना के लिए सरकार ने सैद्धांतिक मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है।
कृषि मंत्री दलाल ने कहा कि पहले पूंजीपति किसान का शोषण करता था, इन विधेयकों से किसानों को उस शोषण से मुक्ति मिलेगी। विधेयक लागू होने के बाद किसान की किस्मत बदलने वाली है। कृषि मंत्री ने कहा कि यह किसानों की आर्थिक आजादी के लिए उठाया गया सही कदम है क्योंकि किसान के उत्पाद बेचने के लिए चार विकल्प दिए गए हैं। किसान स्वयं अपना माल बेचें, उत्पादक संघ बनाकर अपना माल बेचें, किसी व्यवसायी से अनुबंध करके अपना माल बेचें अथवा स्थानीय मंडी में समर्थन मूल्य पर अपना माल बेचें।
उन्होंने कहा कि बरोदा हल्के के लोग उपचुनाव में विपक्ष के बहकावे में ना आएं। उन्होंने कहा कि बरोदा के पिछड़ेपन के लिए पहले की सरकारें जिम्मेदार हैं। पहले की सरकारों ने हल्के के विकास की ओर कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि बरोदा हल्के में भाजपा का अपना प्रतिनिधि नहीं था। भाजपा सरकार ने अपने पहले कार्यकाल में ही बिना किसी भेदभाव के बरोदा का विकास करवाया और सैकड़ों युवाओं को बिना किसी भेदभाव के रोजगार दिलवाया। साथ में शमशेर खरकड़ा, इंदरजीत विरमानी व अन्य भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता मौजूद रहे।
