रियल एस्टेट, ज्वैलरी, सिनेमा जैसे कारोबार से जुड़ी एसआरएस ग्रुप ऑफ कंपनीज के खिलाफ मोटे मुनाफे का लालच देकर निवेशक से रुपये हड़पने का एक और मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है। यह मुकदमा सेक्टर-9 निवासी धर्मचंद गुप्ता ने दर्ज कराया। निवेशकों के करोड़ों रुपये हड़पने के आरोप में एसआरएस ग्रुप के खिलाफ पहले ही सौ से अधिक मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। धर्मचंद गुप्ता ने बताया कि एसआरएस ग्रुप के चेयरमैन अनिल जिदल ने अपने कारोबारी साथियों, गांव मेवला महाराजपुर निवासी विजयपाल भाटी, गांव फिरोजपुर कलां निवासी कुलदीप सिंह, गांव भतौला निवासी सागर, गांव तिगांव निवासी धर्मराज, सेक्टर-30 निवासी धर्मपाल और नानक चंद तायल के माध्यम से उन्हें मोटे मुनाफे का लालच देकर एसआरएस ग्रुप में लाखों रुपये निवेश करा लिए।

कुछ समय तक ये लोग धर्मचंद गुप्ता को मुनाफे के रूप में रकम का भुगतान करते रहते। बाद में इन्होंने कोई भी भुगतान देना बंद कर दिया। धर्मचंद गुप्ता ने अपनी रकम वापस मांगी तो वह देने से इंकार कर दिया। अब उन्होंने पुलिस को शिकायत देकर मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। बता दें कि एसआरएस ग्रुप के चेयरमैन अनिल जिदल व उसके कारोबारी सहयोगी साल 2017 से जेल में हैं। उनके खिलाफ दर्ज मुकदमों की सीबीआइ, ईडी व आयकर विभाग जांच कर रहे हैं।
