राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने 9 नवंबर को कथित दिल्ली आबकारी नीति घोटाले के सिलसिले में आप संचार प्रभारी विजय नायर और अभिषेक बोइनपल्ली द्वारा दायर जमानत याचिकाओं पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। विशेष न्यायाधीश एमके नागपाल ने जमानत की दलीलें पूरी होने के बाद आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिया और जमानत याचिकाओं पर आज आदेश जारी किया जाना है।
नई दिल्ली: प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने कथित दिल्ली में धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए) के प्रावधानों के तहत दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया के करीबी सहयोगी विजय नायर और आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) से जुड़े हैदराबाद के व्यवसायी अभिषेक बोइनपल्ली को गिरफ्तार किया है। शराब आबकारी नीति का मामला गिरफ्तारी आज उनकी जमानत याचिका के फैसले से पहले हुई है।
इससे पहले, दोनों को केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने गिरफ्तार किया था और पूछताछ के बाद न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया था।

एंटरटेनमेंट और इवेंट मैनेजमेंट फर्म ओनली मच लाउडर के पूर्व सीईओ और दिल्ली आबकारी घोटाले के प्रमुख संदिग्धों में से एक नायर लंदन गए थे। वह सीबीआई द्वारा जांच में शामिल होने के लिए लौट आया और 27 सितंबर को उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
सीबीआई ने आरोप लगाया है कि नायर 2021-22 के लिए दिल्ली आबकारी नीति के निर्माण और कार्यान्वयन में अनियमितताओं में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल थे। नायर कथित तौर पर दिल्ली की सत्तारूढ़ AAP के स्वयंसेवक थे और उन्होंने कथित तौर पर पार्टी के नेताओं को कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने और उनके सोशल मीडिया को संभालने में मदद की।
सीबीआई ने दिल्ली के जीएनसीटीडी की आबकारी नीति तैयार करने और लागू करने के लिए बोइनपल्ली को गिरफ्तार किया था। हैदराबाद के एक प्रमुख व्यवसायी, बोइनपल्ली का नाम जांच के दौरान सामने आया था। उन्हें जांच में शामिल होने के लिए बुलाया गया था, लेकिन उन्होंने जांच एजेंसी के साथ सहयोग नहीं किया और कथित तौर पर इसे गुमराह करने की कोशिश की। एफआईआर में उनका नाम नहीं था।
