जब शहर ही है बदहाल, तो कैसे होगा गांवों का विकास : विजय प्रताप

हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा फरीदाबाद जिले के 26 गांवों को नगर निगम में शामिल किए जाने का मामला अब राजनैतिक रूप लेता जा रहा है। विपक्षी नेता सरकार के इस निर्णय को पूरी तरह से आधारहीन बता रहे है। उनका कहना है कि जब नगर निगम के अंतर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्रों का ही विकास नहीं हो पा रहा है तो ऐसे में निगम प्रशासन गांवों का कैसे विकास करेगा। बडखल विधानसभा क्षेत्र से कांग्रेस के पूर्व प्रत्याशी एवं वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेता विजय प्रताप ने इस मुद्दे पर भाजपा सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि सरकार केवल कागजों में विकास की बात कहकर लोगों को गुमराह कर रही है, जबकि वास्तविकता यह है कि आज निगम क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाली कालोनियां, सेक्टर आदि बदहाली के कगार पर है।
उन्होंने कहा कि निगम के अंतर्गत आने वाले 40 वार्डाे में ही निगम प्रशासन समुचित विकास नही करवा पाया है तो ऐसे में 26 गांवों को निगम में शामिल होने के बाद उनका वह कैसे विकास करवा पाएगा। यहां जारी प्रेस बयान में विजय प्रताप सिंह ने कहा कि फरीदाबाद के विकास की बात की जाए तो गत दिवस ही एक ही बरसात ने समूचे प्रशासन के विकास की पोल खोल रही, जगह-जगह जलभराव, ओवरफ्लो सीवरेज सिस्टम ने निगम प्रशासन को सच्चाई का आईना दिखा दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि निगम क्षेत्र में रहने वाले लोग पीने के पानी, साफ-सफाई, जर्जर हाल सडक़ों, ओवरफ्लो सीवरेज, बदहाल पार्क, स्ट्रीट लाईटों की कमी, वॉटर ड्रेनेज की कमी जैसी समस्याओं से जूझ रहे है।
निगम में ठेकेदारों की पुरानी पेमेंट भी पेंडिंग पड़ी है ऊपर से भ्रष्टाचार ने निगम को खोखला इस कदर कर दिया है कि निगम दफ़्तर में आग लगा कर फ़ाइलों को जला दिया जाता है , कर्मचारियों को वेतन देने की लिए भी निगम को पैसे की दिक्कत है नए पदों पर नौकरियों को भरने की निगम में क्षमता नहीं है ऐसे में नगर निगम में इन गाँवों को सम्मिलित करने की सरकार की मंशा स्पष्ट है कि नगर निगम कज़ऱ् से दबी है पैसों की तंगी है तो सरकार की नजऱ इन गाँवों की हज़ारों एकड़ ज़मीन और कई सौ करोड़ रुपये जो इन गाँवों की पंचायतो में जमा है और ज़मीनो के मुआवज़े का पैसा आना है इन सबको सरकार हड़पना चाहती है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मुद्दे को लेकर कांग्रेस जनता के साथ मिलकर सरकार के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन करके अपनी बात रखेगी।
