पश्चिम बंगाल:कोलकाता हाईकोर्ट के जज को नंदीग्राम की याचिका से अलग करने की मांग करने पर मुख्य्मंत्री ममता बनर्जी पर लगाया ₹5 लाख रुपए का जुर्माना
दालत के आदेश में कहा गया है कि ममता बनर्जी पर न्यायपालिका को "खराब रोशनी में" चित्रित करने के लिए 5 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना है। कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि पश्चिम बंगाल के सीएम द्वारा दंड में भुगतान की गई राशि का उपयोग कोविड -19 से प्रभावित वकीलों के परिवारों के लिए किया जाएगा।
एसएस न्यूज.कलकत्ता। कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय ने बुधवार को पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी पर भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के साथ न्यायाधीश के कथित संबंधों पर नंदीग्राम चुनाव याचिका से न्यायमूर्ति कौशिक चंदा को हटाने की मांग के लिए 5 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया। तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) सुप्रीमो की अर्जी खुद जस्टिस चंदा ने खारिज कर दी थी। हालांकि, उन्होंने अपने व्यक्तिगत विवेक पर मामले से हटने का फैसला किया और मामले को अपनी पीठ से रिहा कर दिया, जो कि विकास से परिचित हैं।
