पुतिन और फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल मैक्रॉन ने रविवार को यूक्रेन में परमाणु स्थिति के बारे में बात की, जिसमें चार बिजली संयंत्रों में 15 परमाणु रिएक्टर हैं और नागरिकों की सुरक्षा है।
