सोमवार सुबह लोग सोकर उठे तो चारों तरफ कोहरा छाया था। रात के समय दृश्यता मात्र 20 मीटर रही। हाईवे व अन्य संपर्क मार्गो पर वाहन कतार में धीमे चलते रहे। जीटी रोड के साथ ही केजीपी व केएमपी पर भी वाहन चालकों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। चालकों ने अपने वाहन सड़क किनारे ढाबों व अन्य स्थानों पर खड़े किए। सुबह दस बजे के बाद ही सूर्य दिखाई देने बाद उसके बाद कोहरा छंटता चला गया।
घने कोहरे के साथ ही हवा में प्रदूषण का स्तर काफी ज्यादा रहा। हवा में पीएम-10 का स्तर 382 और पीएम-2.5 का स्तर 350 रहा। यह सेहत के लिए नुकसानदेह है। सोमवार को न्यूनतम तापमान 12 व अधिकतम 26 डिग्री सेल्सियस रहा। विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार शनिवार को मौसम में बदलाव होगा। आसमान में बादल छाए रहेंगे। उसके साथ ही कुछ क्षेत्रों में हल्की बारिश होने का भी अनुमान है। ठंड की अधिकता गेहूं की फसल के लिए काफी फायदेमंद है। वर्तमान में जितनी अधिक ठंड होगी उतना ही गेहूं की फसल में उतना अधिक फुटाव होगा। जिसे गेहूं की पैदावर बेहतर मिल सकेगी। हालांकि अधिक ठंड या पाला पड़ने से सब्जी की फसल प्रभावित हो सकती है।
