मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ते ने अन्य विभागों के साथ मिलकर खरखौदा के गांव सैदपुर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में बिना अनुमति चल रही फैक्टरी पर सोमवार को छापा मारा।

मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ते ने अन्य विभागों के साथ मिलकर खरखौदा के गांव सैदपुर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में बिना अनुमति चल रही फैक्टरी पर सोमवार को छापा मारा। फैक्टरी में लोहे की एंगल व अन्य उपकरणों पर पालिश करने का काम किया जा रहा था। टीम ने मौके से पानी व वहां से बरामद कैमिकल के सैंपल लिए है। फैक्टरी संचालक को नोटिस देकर जवाब मांगा गया था।
मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ते को सूचना मिली थी कि सैदपुर में गौशाला के पीछे औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में एक फैक्टरी बगैर संबंधित विभागों की मंजूरी के चलाई जा रही है। फैक्टरी में लोहे की एंगल व अन्य उपकरणों पर पालिश की जाती है। जिससे प्रदूषण फैलता है। सूचना पर कार्रवाई करते हुए इंस्पेक्टर सुलतान सिंह की अगुवाई में टीम का गठन कर सोमवार को फैक्टरी में जांच करने के लिए भेजा गया। टीम ने जब मौके पर जाकर जांच की तो पाया कि फैक्टरी में एंगल पर पालिश की जा रही थी। फैक्टरी में पालिश करके तैयार की गई एंगल मिलने के साथ ही बिना पालिश किए एंगल भी टीम को मिले। इस दौरान टीम ने एंगल पालिश करने में प्रयोग होने वाले कैमिकल व पानी के सैंपल लेकर उन्हें सील किया है। उन्हें जांच के लिए लैब में भेजा जाएगा। मौके पर पहुंचे विभिन्न विभागों की ओर से नियम अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी। ईटीओ राकेश कुमार, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के एसडीओ अभिजीत सिंह, सेल टैक्स इंस्पेक्टर शमशेर सिंह, लेबर इंस्पेक्टर धर्मसिंह व सैदपुर पुलिस चौकी की टीम मौजूद रही। मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ते ने जांच की तो सामने आया कि फैक्टरी को संचालित करने के लिए जिन विभागों से अनुमति ली जानी चाहिए थी वह नहीं ली गई है।
प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के एसडीओ अभिजीत ने बताया कि फैक्टरी संचालित करने को लेकर प्रदूषण नियंत्रण विभाग से कोई लाइसेंस नहीं लिया गया है। भूमि व वायु प्रदूषण का मामला है। पहले संचालक को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा जाएगा। जवाब से बोर्ड संतुष्ट नहीं होगा तो फैक्टरी को सील किया जाएगा।
