एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों की कर्तव्यपरायणता, परिश्रम व प्रयासों के फलस्वरूप इस वर्ष एग्रीगेट ट्रांसमिशन एंड कमर्शियल (ए.टी. एंड सी) घाटे में 2.87 प्रतिशत की कमी आई है। निगम के ए.टी. एंड सी. लॉसिस पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 16.50 प्रतिशत से घटकर इस वर्ष 13.63 प्रतिशत के स्तर पर आ गए हैं ।
यह जानकारी देते हुए दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के प्रबन्ध निदेशक डॉ० बलकार सिंह ने बताया कि ए.टी.एंड सी. लॉसिस को कम से कम स्तर पर लाने के लिए निगम द्वारा विशेष अभियान चलाए गए, जिसके तहत सभी उपभोक्ताओं को उनकी वास्तविक खपत के अनुसार बिल जारी करवाना और वर्तमान बिल के साथ-साथ बकाया बिल राशि को भरवाने के लिए उपभोक्ताओं को जागरूक किया गया , जिसके लिए उपभोक्ताओं में भी बिल भरने के लिए काफी उत्साह देखा गया। इसके अतिरिक्त सरकारी विभागों से भी बिजली बिल की बकाया राशि भरवाई गई, जिन उपभोक्ताओं ने बिजली बिल की बकाया राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया, उनके कनैक्शन काटने का अभियान चलाया गया।
उन्होंने बताया कि ए.टी.एंड सी. लॉसिस का एक बड़ा कारण बिजली चोरी भी है। दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम द्वारा बिजली चोरी पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए समय-समय पर विशेष टीमें गठित करके बिजली चोरी पकड़ने के अभियान भी चलाए गए, जिसकी नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की गई। निगम के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों की तत्परता का परिणाम है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 के दौरान 48729 बिजली चोरी के मामले पकड़े गए, जिससे 16298.67 लाख रूपये जुर्माना लगाया गया जोकि पिछले वर्ष से लगभग दोगुना है और इसमें से इस वर्ष लगभग 8280.79 लाख रूपये जुर्माना राशि वसूल भी हो गई , जिससे निगम के राजस्व में भी बढ़ोतरी हुई। बिजली चोरी पर अंकुश लगने से जहां एक ओर बिजली क्षमता में सुधार हुआ है वहीं दूसरी ओर लाइन लॉस भी कम हुए हैं।
प्रबन्ध निदेशक ने बताया कि वर्ष 2020-21 के दौरान कोविड -19 महामारी जैसी विषम परिस्थितियों और इसी दौरान विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों से बकाया बिजली बिल की पूरी राशि की अदायगी न होने के बावजूद भी दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों ने कर्तव्यनिष्ठा व परिश्रम से कार्य करते हुए निगम हित में उत्साहजनक परिणाम दिए हैं और दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के लिए ए.टी.एंड सी. लॉस 13.63 प्रतिशत तक लाना बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि है, जिसके लिए सभी कर्मचारी बधाई के पात्र हैं। लॉसिज कम करने की दिशा में उठाए गए उपरोक्त कदमों के फलस्वरूप ही दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम की स्थिति में सुधार हुआ है।
डॉ० बलकार सिंह ने बताया कि ए.टी.एंड सी. लॉस कम करने के लिए जहां बिजली के बकाया बिलों की अदायगी के लिए और बिजली चोरी न करने के लिए भी जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं, वहीं बिजली सुविधाओं को भी बढ़ाया जा रहा है। दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम अपने उपभोक्ताओं को सुचारू रूप से निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति उपलब्ध करवाने व उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान के प्रति वचनबद्ध है और उपभोक्ताओं से भी अपील करता है कि चोरी न करें और बिजली बिलों का समय पर भुगतान करते रहे, जिससे उन्हें भी जुर्माना से छुटकारा मिलेगा और निगम आपके लिए और बिजली सुविधाएं देने में सक्षम होगा।
