कामयाबी के कदम: पहलवान मोहिनी जांगड़ा ने आठ दिन में जीते दो गोल्ड एक सिल्वर
मोहिनी जांगड़ा ने ज्ञान ज्योति दर्पण के साथ खास मुलाकात में बताया कि 14 से 20 नवंबर को ऑल इंडिया पुलिस 2022 में पुणे में 72 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में कुश्ती में रजत पदक जीता। इसके साथ ही आर्म रेसलिंग में 80 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में गोल्ड मेडल जीतकर हरियाणा पुलिस का नाम रोशन किया है।

गन्नौर/सोनीपत: हरियाणा पुलिस की जवान मोहनी जांगड़ा ने आज ने गोंडा (उतर प्रदेश) में 24 से 27 तक चलने वाली नेशनल ग्रेपलिंग रेसलिंग प्रतियोगिता में 71 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में हरियाणा की ही लड़की सुषमा को फाइनल में हराकर स्वर्ण पदक अपने नाम किया। पैतृक गांव शामड़ी पहुंचने पर लाड़ली का शानदार स्वागत किया। मोहिनी के ताऊ हवा सिंह, पिता सुबे सिंह, मां बिमला, भाई मिसाल जांगड़ा, बहन बबीता, भाई देवेंद्र, ललिता, भानुमति, चाचा चाची सभी खुश हैं।
मोहिनी जांगड़ा ने ज्ञान ज्योति दर्पण के साथ खास मुलाकात में बताया कि 14 से 20 नवंबर को ऑल इंडिया पुलिस 2022 में पुणे में 72 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में कुश्ती में रजत पदक जीता। इसके साथ ही आर्म रेसलिंग में 80 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में गोल्ड मेडल जीतकर हरियाणा पुलिस का नाम रोशन किया है। मोहिनी ने बताया कि उनकी अच्छी परफॉर्मेस को देखते हुए हरियाणा पुलिस के डीजीपी मनोज यादव जी ने महिला दिवस पर मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर के हाथों सम्मानित करवाने के लिए उनका चयन किया। मोहनी 2019 में ही करनाल केसरी भी रह चुकी हैं।
उनकी 6 बहनें और एक छोटा भाई है मोहिनी का बचपन से ही पहलवान बनने का सपना था लेकिन घर की जिम्मेदारी के कारण वह घर के बाहर नहीं जा सकी गांवों के सरकारी स्कूल में ही उसने 78 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ 12वीं की पढ़ाई पूरी की घर वाले मोहिनी की शादी करना चाहते थे लेकिन वह पढ़ लिखकर अपने पैरों पे खड़ा होना चाहती थी। घर वाले पढ़ाने में असमर्थ थे तो मोहनी जागरण में भजन गाने लगी और अपनी पढ़ाई का खर्च खुद ही निकालने लगी। वह परिवार वालों पर बोझ नहीं बने। उसके बाद उसने खानपुर महिला कॉलेज से बीए करने लगी। ग्रेजुएट होने के बाद उसने अपना सपना पूरा करने के लिए मदीना भगत सिंह अखाड़े में पहलवानी करने गई थी।
पहलवानी करने के समय उसकी कमर में इतना दर्द हो गया कि कई जगह कमर का इलाज कराया लेकिन सबने रेस्ट करने के लिए बोला उसके बाद उसने सोचा उस से पहलवानी नहीं होगी। फिर वह खानपुर बीपीएड करने लग गई कोर्स के दूसरे वर्ष में ही उसने हरियाणा पुलिस का पेपर पास कर दिया और 02 दिसंबर 2016 को हरियाणा पुलिस में भर्ती हो गई ट्रेनिंग खत्म होते ही वह अपना सपना पूरा करने की एक और कोशिश में लग गई और 30 जून 2017 को ट्रेनिग खत्म होते ही उसने मधुबन स्पोर्ट्स में रहने की अनुमति ले ली।
एक बार फिर शुरुआत से उसने पहलवानी शुरू की उसने 2019 में ऑल इंडिया पुलिस गेम जयपुर में 72 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में गोल्ड मेडल जीता। उसके बाद उसका सेलेक्सन वर्ल्ड पुलिस गेम में हुआ जोकि अगस्त 2019 में चाइना (चेंगडू) में हुए जिसमें 75 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में कुश्ती में सिल्वर मेडल जीता।
