बुधवार को नगर निगम की टीम सी एम विंडो की शिकायत मिलने के बाद अतिक्रमण हटाने पहुंची थी व्यापारियों के विरोध के चलते कार्रवाई रोकनी पड़ी थी। व्यापारी नेताओं ने राजीव जैन के सामने मार्केट प्रधान ज्वार चांदना बताया कि दो वर्ष पहले भी इसी तरह की कार्रवाई शुरू हुई थी, उस समय अधिकारियों ने हमें दुकान के बाहर नौ फुट तक माल रखने की अनुमति प्रदान की थी और दुकानदार इस समझौते की अनुपालना कर रहे थे परंतु अचानक बरसात के दौरान निगम की टीम अतिक्रमण के नाम पर तोड़फोड़ करने लगी।
यशपाल अरोड़ा ने कहा कि दुकानदारों व निगम के बीच एक बार हो जाए ताकि बार-बार निगम की टीम मार्केट में अफरा-तफरी न फैलाये। राजीव जैन ने आश्वासन दिया कि जल्द ही निगम अधिकारियों व व्यापारियों के बीच बैठक करवा कर तय करवाया जायेगा कि दुकानदार किस हद तक सामान बाहर रख सकते हैं। मार्केट की तरफ से बिट्टू जैन, सचिन अरोड़ा, धर्मपाल जुनेजा, मनीष कुमार, सतीश, अरूण जैन, सुरेंद्र जैन, ब्रिज चोपड़ा, सुभाष, राजकूमार, कोमल, राजेश कुमार, दीपक गुप्ता, दिनेश कुमार, राधे श्याम नासा, सोनू, राजपाल अग्रवाल मौजूद थे।
