सोनीपत: डेयरी की दुकान पर की छापेमारी, पनीर, मावा, दही व सोया चाप के सैंपल भरे
सैंपल की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद प्रशासन व सीएम विभाग की टीम द्वारा आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। गन्नौर में छोपेमारी की सूचना मिलते डेयरी संचालकों अपनी दुकानें बंद कर दी। टीम के जाने के बाद ही डेयरी संचालकों ने अपनी डेयरी खोली।

गन्नौर: मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री पर त्यौहार के सीजन को देखते हुए सोनीपत प्रशासन ने सोमवार को खाद्य एवं औषध प्रशासन एवं सीएम फ्लाइंग की टीम ने संयुक्त जिला सोनीपत में छापेमारी की गन्नौर की एक डेयरी की दुकान से खाद्य सामग्रियों की सैंपल लिए। खाद्य एवं औषध प्रशासन के जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी विरेंद्र कुमार व सीएम फ्लाइंग करनाल मंडल टीम से निरीक्षक सुरेंद्र शर्मा व उप निरीक्षक सुनील कुमार ने सोमवार को नगरपालिका रोड स्थित खान डेयरी पर पहुंचे। डेयरी से 150 किलोग्राम मावा, 100 किलोग्राम पनीर, 220 किलोग्राम दही एवं 50 किलोग्राम सोया चाप बरामद किया। खाद्य एवं औषध प्रशासन द्वारा सभी चार खाद्य पदार्थों के अलग-अलग सैंपल लेकर सील किये, जांच के लिए राज्य खाद्य प्रयोगशाला चंडीगढ़ में भेजा जाएगा।

जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी विरेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि खाद्य एवं औषध प्रशासन एवं सीएम फ्लाइंग की संयुक्त टीम ने नगरपालिका रोड स्थित खान डेयरी से चार खाद्य पदार्थों के सैंपल लिए लिए हैं। इनको सील कर जांच के लिए राज्य खाद्य प्रयोगशाला चंडीगढ़ में भेजा जाएगा। खाद्य एवं औषध प्रशासन मिलावटी खाद्य सामग्रियों की बिक्री की रोकथाम के लिए लगातार सोनीपत जिले में कार्रवाई कर रही है।
