सोनीपत: सतर्कता एवं निगरानी कमेटी की बैठक में नगराधीश ने दिए निर्देश
जिला स्तरीय मैनवल सैक्वैंजिंर सतर्कत कमेटी की बैठक में उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी कम्पनी व संस्थएं जो सेफटिक टेंक व सीवर की सफाई का कार्य करवाती है तो उसके खिलाफ अधिनियम की धारा 2 & (1) के तहत दोषी है और गैर जमानती है।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: नगराधीश द्विजा ने अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति अत्याचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत आयोजित जिला स्तरीय सतर्कता एवं निगरानी समिति की बैठक की अध्यक्षीय उदबोधन में कहा कि पीडि़त परिवार को मिलने वाली आर्थिक सहायत जल्द से जल्द उपलब्ध करवाएं। सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली आर्थिक सहायता से संबंधित पीडि़त परिवार को भावनात्मक रूप में भी सहारा मिलती है।
जिला स्तरीय मैनवल सैक्वैंजिंर सतर्कत कमेटी की बैठक में उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी कम्पनी व संस्थएं जो सेफटिक टेंक व सीवर की सफाई का कार्य करवाती है तो उसके खिलाफ अधिनियम की धारा 2 & (1) के तहत दोषी है और गैर जमानती है। संबंधित के खिलाफ सेक्शन 6 के तहत दो साल की जेल का प्रावधान है। इस अधिनियम के तहत किसी भी जाति से संबंधित सफाई कर्मचारी या सेनेटरी कार्यकर्ता कवर किए जाएंगे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशानुसार किसी कर्मचारी की मृत्यु बाद सीवर या सेफटिक टेंक सफाई के दौरान हुई है तो उसके आश्रितों को 10 लाख रूपये की वित्तीय सहायता दी जाती है। डीएसपी हंसराज, जिला कल्याण अधिकारी राजबीर शर्मा, इस विभाग के निदेशालय पंचकुला से लेखाधिकारी विकाश शर्मा सहित संबधित विभाग के अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
