उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि सोनीपत में बुधवार को सांयकाल तक कोविड-19 कोरोना वायरस के 21 नये पोजिटिव केस दर्ज किये गये हैं। ऐसे में अब जिला में कोरोना वायरस के पोजिटिव मामलों का कुल आंकड़ा बढक़र 3398 हो गया है। उपायुक्त ने यह जानकारी जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग से प्राप्त आंकड़ों के आधार पर दी।
नये पोजिटिव मरीजों में 11 महिला मरीज सम्मिलित
उपायुक्त पूनिया ने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस के नये पोजिटिव मामलों में 11 महिला मरीज भी सम्मिलित हैं। नये मामले जिला के शहरी व ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों में मिले हैं। शहरी क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत सिक्का कालोनी सोनीपत में एक नया कोरोना संक्रमित मरीज, एलआईसी ऑफिस सोनीपत में दो, उत्तम नगर में दो, मॉडल टाउन में दो, सेक्टर-27 में एक, विकास नगर में एक, प्रभू नगर में एक तथा सेक्टर-15 में एक पोजिटिव मरीज पाया गया है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के तहत गांव पबनेरा में पांच, देवडू में एक, कुण्डली में दो तथा नाथूपुर में एक नया पोजिटिव मरीज पाया गया है। इनके अलावा एक अन्य क्षेत्र में भी एक कोरोना संक्रमित मरीज पाया गया है। समाचार लिखे जाने इसकी कांटैक्ट ट्रेसिंग जारी थी।
