उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि ग्राम सचिव पदों की लिखित परीक्षाओं को करवाने के लिए सोनीपत में पूरी तरह से तैयार है। दो दिवसीय 9 व 10 जनवरी को प्रात:कालीन व सांयकालीन शिफ्टों में ग्राम सचिव पदों की लिखित परीक्षा होगी। सोनीपत में 16 हजार 380 परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा देंगे।

उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि ग्राम सचिव पदों की लिखित परीक्षाओं को करवाने के लिए सोनीपत में पूरी तरह से तैयार है। दो दिवसीय 9 व 10 जनवरी को प्रात:कालीन व सांयकालीन शिफ्टों में ग्राम सचिव पदों की लिखित परीक्षा होगी। सोनीपत में 16 हजार 380 परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा देंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि दो दिनों में चार शिफ्टों में ग्राम सचिव लिखित परीक्षा होगी। एक शिफ्ट में 4095 परीक्षार्थी शामिल किये गये हैं जिसके लिए नौ शिक्षण संस्थानों में 20 परीक्षा केंद्र स्थापित किये गये हैं।
उपायुक्त पूनिया ने कहा कि 9 फ्लाईंग स्कवायड गठित किये गये हैं, शांति तथा कानून एवं व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिए धारा-144 लगाई गई है। परीक्षा केंद्रों के आससपास फोटोस्टेट मशीनों की दुकानें बंद रखी जाएंगी। परीक्षा केंद्रों में सीसीटीवी व जैमर स्थापित किये जायेंगे। सेवारत अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों के पहचान पत्र जारी किये जायेंगे। अनाधिकृत रूप से कोई भी व्यक्ति परीक्षा केंद्र के अंदर नहीं होगा।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस दौरान कोविड-19 के संदर्भ में भी दिशा-निर्देशों की पूर्ण अनुपालना करनी होगी। कोविड संदिग्ध परीक्षार्थी को अलग से बिठाकर परीक्षा दिलानी होगी। अधिकारी-कर्मचारी गलब्स व मास्क तथा सैनेटाईजर का प्रयोग करेंगे। बायोमिट्रिक हाजिरी होगी। किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को परीक्षा देने से नहीं रोका जाएगा। फोटो आदि का मिलान न होने पर आवेदक से अंडरटेकिंग ली जाए।
नोडल अधिकारी एसडीएम विजय सिंह ने कहा कि परीक्षाओं के दौरान परीक्षा केंद्रों के निकट जाम जैसी स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो। इसके लिए पुलिस प्रशासन विशेष रूप से तैयारी करे। आईएएस अधिकारी सलोनी शर्मा, एसडीएम विजय सिंह, डीएसपी विपिन कादयान, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी जोगेंद्र हुड्डा, राकेश जुनेजा, वीके मित्तल आदि अधिकारी व केंद्र अधीक्षक उप्स्थित रहे।
