सूरज शास्त्री ने बताया कि कार्तिक के स्नान का बहुत बड़ा महात्मय है। हमारी जो मां, बहन, बेटियां हैं बच्चियां हैं गांव के में कार्तिक का स्नान करती थी। अभी भी स्नान करते हैं। प्रात: चार बजे उठकर के स्नान करना इस तरह से पूरा जो स्नान और भगवान के नाम का होता है।

गन्नौर: सतकुंभा धाम के पीठााधीश्वर श्रीमहंत राजेश स्वरुप जी महाराज के परम सांनिध्य में जिम्मेदारी संभाल रहे प्रबंधक सूरज शास्त्री ने बताया कि आठ नवंबर को कार्तिक पूर्णिमा है इस पर सिद्ध पीठ पर मेला लगेगा। विभन्न क्षेत्रों से भारी संख्या में श्रद्धालु आएंगे। कार्तिक पूर्णिमा का माह स्नान जिसे गंगा स्नान भी कहते हैं। इस महान अवसर पर सप्त ऋषियों की तप स्थली पर किया जाने वाला स्नान गंगा स्नान के बराबर मान्यता रखता है। यहां हजारों की संख्या में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के लिए भंडारे की व्यवस्था की गई है।
