सोनीपत: भाई की हत्या के दोषी को उम्र कैद की सजा,पांच हजार रुपये जुर्माना
अदालत ने दोषी को उम्रकैद व पांच हजार रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है। जुर्माना न देने पर छह माह अतिरिक्त कैद की सजा भुगतनी होगी।
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: भाई की तेजधार हथियार से हत्या करने के मामले में शुक्रवार को अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश राजेंद्र पाल गोयल की अदालत ने गांव सिवानका गोहाना के आरोपी को दोषी करार दरार दिया है। अदालत ने दोषी को उम्रकैद व पांच हजार रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है। जुर्माना न देने पर छह माह अतिरिक्त कैद की सजा भुगतनी होगी।
गांव सिवानका निवासी लख्मी ने 10 अगस्त, 2021 को बरोदा थाना पुलिस को बताया था कि वह गांव की बीपीएल बस्ती में रहते हैं। उनके छह बेटे थे, जिनमें से चार उसके पास रहते थे। लख्मी ने पुलिस को बताया कि उसके बड़े बेटे (28) सुनील ने 9 अगस्त, 2021 की देर शाम शराब पी रखी थी। रात करीब 10 बजे उसका छोटा बेटा रवि मजदूरी कर घर पहुंचा था। सुनील ने रवि व उसकी पत्नी के साथ गाली-गलौज की। रवि के समझाने पर भी सुनील नहीं माना था। आ कारण झगड़ा हुआ, झगड़े के दौरान रवि ने सुनील के सीने व सिर पर चाकू से हमला किया जिस कारण उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई थी। पुलिस ने हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज किया और कार्रवाई करते हुए तत्कालीन बरोदा थाना प्रभारी बदन सिंह की टीम ने आरोपी रवि को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
मामले में सुनवाई के बाद एएसजे राजेंद्र पाल गोयल की अदालत ने आरोपी रवि को दोषी करार दिया। शुक्रवार को मामले में फैसला सुनाया, अदालत ने दोषी को भादंसं की धारा 302 में उम्रकैद व पांच हजार रुपये जुर्माना की सजा सुनाई है। जुर्माना न देने पर छह माह अतिरिक्त कैद की सजा भुगतनी होगी।
