सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश एवं नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (एनजीटी) की मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी के चेयरमैन प्रीतम पाल ने अधिकारियों के साथ आम जनमानस का आह्वान किया कि धरती-जल-वायु की शुद्घता के लिए प्रयासों को सार्थकता दीजिए। जन सहयोग के लिए लोगों को जागरुक कीजिए तभी सफलता मिलेगी।
उन्होंने बुधवार को जिला अधिकारियों की बैठक ली ओर कहा कि हर आदमी सहयोग कर सकता है, संवेदनशीलता के साथ इच्छाशक्ति का होना जरूरी है। एनजीटी की मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी राजमार्गों को साथ-सुथरा रखने का संकल्प ले, सोनीपत की सीमा से गुजरने वाले एनएच-44 को साफ सुथरा बनाए, यह मुहिम प्रदेशभर में चलायेंगे। प्लास्टिक वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट बहुत जरुरी है। गांवों में कलैक्शन सेंटर के माध्यम सही तरह से करें। एनजीओ व आरडब्ल्यूए की सहायता से प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के लिए लोगों में जागृति फैलायें। गीला व सूखा कूड़ा अलग करने की व्यवस्था के साथ कूड़े से खाद बनाने काम करें। गड्ढों की व्यवस्था करें। फसल अवशेष में पराली किसी भी स्थिति में जलाई न जाये। रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम, एसटीपी की सही तरह से काम करें।
अलग-अलग एकत्रित कूड़े को रिसाईकिल किया जा सके। 30 सितंबर तक निर्धारित समयावधि में कार्य पूरा करें। मेडिकल वेस्ट तथा औद्योगिक कचरा प्रबंधन अंतर्गत सरकारी व निजी अस्पतालों से निकलने वाले मेडिकल वेस्ट का अनिवार्य रूप से उचित निस्तारण करें। ध्वनि प्रदूषण पर पटाखे छोडऩे, वाली मोटरसाईकिल, सीमा से अधिक ध्वनि प्रदूषण करने वाले वाहनों को जब्त करें, डीजे रात्रि के निर्धारित समयसीमा के बाद का प्रयोग करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करें।
उपायुक्त ललित सिवाच ने कहास कि एनजीटी के दिशा-निर्देशों की अनुपालना करवाई जाएगी। निगमायुक्त धर्मेंद्र सिंह, एनजीटी मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी के चेयरमैन के विशेष सहयोगी बाबूराम, एडीसी शांतनू शर्मा, एसडीएम शशि वसुंधरा, एसडीएम सुरेंद्र सिंह दून, एसडीएम आशीष कुमार, नगराधीश डा. अनमोल, डीएसपी विपिन कादयान, एडिशनल सीईओ अमित मान, कृषि विभाग के उप-निदेशक डा. अनिल सहरावत, एक्सईएन पंकज गौड़, हरभजन सिंह, डीआरओ चंद्रमोहन आदि अधिकारीगण मौजूद थे।
