सोनीपत: विशेष गृह जेल नहीं बल्कि सुधार का केंद्र है: न्यायाधीश सांगवान
न्यायाधीश सांगवान ने कहा कि शिक्षा व संस्कार न मिलने की वजह से बच्चे गलतियां कर देते हैं। बच्चों को सरंक्षण प्रदान करने और उन्हें मुख्य धारा में लाने के लिए प्रदेश में पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट व हरियाणा सरकार दोनों मिलकर काम कर रहे हैं।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट के न्यायाधीश अरविंद सिंह सांगवान ने कहा कि विशेष गृह जेल नहीं है बल्कि यह बच्चों में सुधार लाने का एक केन्द्र है, 18 वर्ष तक जो बच्चें जाने अंजाने में गलतियां कर देते हैं उन्हें अपराध की श्रेणी में नहीं माना जाता बल्कि विशेष गृहों में रखकर गलतियों सुधार कर समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाने का सार्थक प्रयास किया जा है। वे शनिवार को बाल सुधार गृह का निरीक्षण के बोल रहे थे।
न्यायाधीश सांगवान ने कहा कि शिक्षा व संस्कार न मिलने की वजह से बच्चे गलतियां कर देते हैं। बच्चों को सरंक्षण प्रदान करने और उन्हें मुख्य धारा में लाने के लिए प्रदेश में पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट व हरियाणा सरकार दोनों मिलकर काम कर रहे हैं। विशेष गृहों में बच्चे की मानसिकता बदलने तथा उन्हें व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण देने आदि की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाती है ताकि वे बाहर आकर अपने भविष्य को उज्ज्वल बना सकें। वहां रहने वाले बच्चों को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं की जांच की और उनकों खाने की मीनू की जानकारी ओर वहां मिलने वाले खाने को भी खुद ख कर देख।
बच्चों से बात करते हुए कहा कि अगर उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी है तो उन्हें बताएं उसे दूर किया जाएगा। व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर बाल सुधार गृह की सेवाओं से संतोष व्यक्त किया। जिला सत्र एवं न्यायाधीश सुभाष मेहला, सीजेएम सौरभ गुप्ता, किशोर न्याय बोर्ड सोनीपत की प्रधान मानविका यादव, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग से डीपीओ प्रवीण मलिक, जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी डॉ. रितु गिल तथा संरक्षण अधिकारी(संस्थानिक) ममता शर्मा उपस्थित रही।
