लखीमपुर खीरी हिंसा: लखीमपुर हिंसा पर सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यूपी सरकार फटकार, पूछा ‘कितनी गिरफ्तारियां हुईं?’
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से लखीमपुर खीरी हिंसा मामले में आरोपी कौन हैं, किसके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है और किन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है, इस पर स्थिति रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने को कहा है। लाइव लॉ की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, शीर्ष अदालत ने राज्य सरकार से कल तक स्थिति रिपोर्ट जमा करने को कहा है।
नई दिल्ली: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से लखीमपुर खीरी हिंसा मामले में आरोपी कौन हैं, किसके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है और किन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है, इस पर स्थिति रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने को कहा है। लाइव लॉ की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, शीर्ष अदालत ने राज्य सरकार से कल तक स्थिति रिपोर्ट जमा करने को कहा है। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने शीर्ष अदालत को सूचित किया कि 3 अक्टूबर को 8 लोगों की मौत की जांच के लिए लखीमपुर खीरी में मुख्यालय के साथ एक एकल सदस्यीय जांच आयोग का गठन किया गया है।
भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (सीजेआई) एनवी रमना, न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत और न्यायमूर्ति हिमा कोहली की अध्यक्षता वाली सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पीठ ने लखीमपुर मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए इस घटना को “दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण” करार दिया और कहा, “किसान हैं और अन्य व्यक्तियों की भी हत्या कर दी गई है। हमें यह जानने की जरूरत है कि कौन आरोपी हैं जिनके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है और किसे गिरफ्तार किया गया है। कृपया इस पर एक स्थिति रिपोर्ट दर्ज करें”, बार और बेंच ने बताया।

7056267530मामले की शुक्रवार को फिर सुनवाई होगी। लखीमपुर खीरी हिंसा के मद्देनजर, उत्तर प्रदेश के दो वकीलों ने CJI एनवी रमना को एक पत्र लिखकर केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) से जांच कराने की मांग की थी। अधिवक्ताओं ने अपने पत्र में केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय से मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने के साथ ही घटना में शामिल दोषियों को सजा सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश देने की भी मांग की है। मामला स्वत: संज्ञान लेते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट की वाद सूची में आया। कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को कहा कि रजिस्ट्री के साथ गलत संचार के कारण मामला स्वत: संज्ञान में दर्ज किया गया है।
लखीमपुर खीरी में एक एसयूवी द्वारा चार किसानों को कुचल दिया गया था, जब केंद्र के तीन नए कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ आंदोलन कर रहे एक समूह ने यूपी के उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य की यात्रा के खिलाफ 3 अक्टूबर को प्रदर्शन किया था। गुस्साए प्रदर्शनकारियों ने भाजपा के दो कार्यकर्ताओं और एक ड्राइवर की कथित तौर पर पीट-पीट कर हत्या कर दी, जबकि हिंसा में एक स्थानीय पत्रकार की भी मौत हो गई। तिकोनिया थाने में हुई घटना में केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री अजय मिश्रा के बेटे आशीष मिश्रा व अन्य के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 302 (हत्या) के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है लेकिन अभी तक किसी की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है।
किसान ने दावा किया है कि आशीष उन कारों में से एक था जिसने कथित तौर पर प्रदर्शनकारियों को नीचे गिराया था लेकिन मंत्री ने नेताओं से इनकार किया है। कई किसान संगठन तीन कानूनों के पारित होने का विरोध कर रहे हैं – किसान उत्पाद व्यापार और वाणिज्य (संवर्धन और सुविधा) अधिनियम, 2020, आवश्यक वस्तु (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2020 और मूल्य आश्वासन और कृषि पर किसान (सशक्तिकरण और संरक्षण) समझौता सेवा अधिनियम, 2020 पिछले नवंबर से। शीर्ष अदालत ने जनवरी में इन कानूनों के क्रियान्वयन पर रोक लगा दी थी।
