सोनीपत क्राइम एक नजर में: कार पर गर्वमेंट ऑफ इंडिया का स्टीकर लगाये, शराब तस्कर गिरफ्तार
हरियाणा से दिल्ली में अवैध रूप से शराब तस्करी का धंधा करने वाले दो आरोपियों को सोनीपत की सिक्का कालोनी पुलिस चौकी इंचार्ज बलवंत सिंह जब नाका लगाकर वाहनों की चेकिंग कर रहे थे तब एक दिल्ली नंबर की गाड़ी को रोककर चेक किया गया तो उसमें 32 पेटी अवैध शराब बरामद हुई जिसका कोई बिल और किसी भी तरह का शराब से संबंधित लाइसेंस नहीं मिला।
सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: हरियाणा की सोनीपत पुलिस ने रविवार को दो ऐसे शराब तस्करों को गिरफ्तार किया है जो हरियाणा से दिल्ली में शराब की अवैध रूप से सप्लाई कर रहे थे। आरोपी शराब तस्करी के लिए जिस गाड़ी को प्रयोग कर रहे थे उसके आगे और पीछे गर्वमेंट ऑफ इंडिया का स्टीकर लगा रखा था।
हरियाणा से दिल्ली में अवैध रूप से शराब तस्करी का धंधा करने वाले दो आरोपियों को सोनीपत की सिक्का कालोनी पुलिस चौकी इंचार्ज बलवंत सिंह जब नाका लगाकर वाहनों की चेकिंग कर रहे थे तब एक दिल्ली नंबर की गाड़ी को रोककर चेक किया गया तो उसमें 32 पेटी अवैध शराब बरामद हुई जिसका कोई बिल और किसी भी तरह का शराब से संबंधित लाइसेंस नहीं मिला। फिलहाल पुलिस ने जब दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया तो पुलिस चौकी इंचार्ज बलवंत सिंह ने बताया कि दोनों गिरफ्तार आरोपियों से पूछताछ में अपनी उनकी पहचान मनीष और मोहित के रूप में दी है जो दिल्ली में नांगलोई के रहने वाले हैं। 14 पेटी अंग्रेजी शराब और 18 पेटी देशी शराब बरामद हुई है।
आरोपी शराब तस्करी के लिए जिस गाड़ी को इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे उसके आगे और पीछे गर्वमेंट ऑफ इंडिया का स्टीकर भी लगा रखा था। फिलहाल पुलिस ने सरकारी लॉगो का इस्तेमाल करने से संबंधित भी केस दर्ज किया गया है और दोनों को अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा।
सोनीपत: ट्रक के सामान की जांच में करीब तीन लाख रुपये की टैक्स का गड़बड़
मुरथल स्थित रोडवेज ट्रेनिंग सेंटर में जिला परिवहन विभाग की ओर मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ता व एक्साइज एंड टैक्सेशन विभाग (ईटीओ) की टीम ने छापा मार कार्रवाई करके ट्रांसपोर्टर के एक ट्रक को ओवरलोडिंग के चलते सोनीपत में आरटीए की टीम ने पकड़ लिया। ट्रक के सामान की प्रारंभिक जांच में टीम को लगभग तीन लाख रुपये की टैक्स का गड़बड़ मिली है। पुलिस ट्रांसपोर्टर के अन्य ट्रकों का पता लगा रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ता की टीम को सूचना मिली थी कि एक ट्रांसपोर्टर के ट्रकों में टैक्स चोरी कर माल की भेजा जा रहा है। उनके ट्रकों में दिल्ली से चंडीगढ़ और चंडीगढ़ से दिल्ली-गाजियाबाद को टैक्स चोरी कर सामान भिजवाया जाता है। मुख्यमंत्री उड़नदस्ता करनाल की टीम ने प्रवीण कुमार के एक ट्रक को रोहतक के कबीरपुर बाईपास पर पकड़ लिया। वहीं उसके दूसरे ट्रक को मुरथल में आरटीए की टीम ने ओवरलोडिंग के चलते पकड़ा। मुरथल में ट्रक पकड़े जाने की सूचना पर आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग गुरुग्राम की टीम मुरथल पहुंच गई। टीम का नेतृत्व डीटीओ पुष्पेंद्र कुमार (जिला कराधान अधिकारी) कर रहे थे। परिवहन निगम के प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में टीम ने मुरथल में ट्रक के सामान को उतरवाया। प्रारंभिक जांच में लगभग तीन लाख रुपये की टैक्स की गड़बड़ सामने आई है। जांच की जा रही है। जांच के दौरान टीम में ईटीओ के इंस्पेक्टर संजय शर्मा, मुख्यमंत्री उड़नदस्ता के इंस्पेक्टर सुरेंद्र सिंह, एसआई राज सिंह, दिलावर सिंह, शेर सिंह, सोनीपत से वीरेंद्र व राजेश मौजूद रहे।
पुष्पेंद्र कुमार, डीटीओ, गुरुग्राम ने बताया कि प्रारंभिक जांच में लगभग तीन लाख रुपये की टैक्स के गड़बड़ी का आंकलन किया गया है। सामान के बिल व रवन्ना मिल जाने के बाद सही आंकलन हो सकेगा। ट्रांसपोर्टर सामान के वास्तविक व्यापारियों को नहीं बुलाता है, तो टैक्स कई गुना बढ़ जाएगा।
