सोनीपत: गर्भवती महिलाओं की गोद भराई करवाई
उन्होंने बताया कि पोषण अभियान के तहत गर्भवती महिला उर्मिला व पूनम की गोद भराई की गई है। महिलाओं व बच्चों को संतुलित आहार खाने का परामर्श देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चे को जन्म से 6 माह तक सिर्फ मां का दूध पिलाना चाहिए, इसके बाद ही बच्चे को ऊपरी आहार देना शुरू किया जाना चाहिए।
खरखौदा/सोनीपत: शहर के वार्ड-11 स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में पोषण अभियान के तहत आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर गीता द्वारा 2 गर्भवती महिलाओं की गोद भराई करवाई गई। उन्होंने बताया कि पोषण अभियान के तहत गर्भवती महिला उर्मिला व पूनम की गोद भराई की गई है। महिलाओं व बच्चों को संतुलित आहार खाने का परामर्श देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चे को जन्म से 6 माह तक सिर्फ मां का दूध पिलाना चाहिए, इसके बाद ही बच्चे को ऊपरी आहार देना शुरू किया जाना चाहिए।
गर्भवती महिलाओं व किशोरियों को हरी पत्तेदार सब्जी, गुड़, चना, फल, दूध, दही का अवश्य सेवन करना चाहिए। संतुलित भोजन खाने से ही एनीमिया को दूर किया जा सकता है। सब्जियों को काटने से पहले उन्हें अच्छी प्रकार से पानी में धो लेना चाहिए। बच्चों को फास्ट फूड खाने से दूर रखना चाहिए। इस मौके पर शांति, बाला, संतोष, मोनिका, मानसी ,नीलम, संजीदा, अनीता, आरती, भारती व अन्य महिलाएं मौजूद रही।
