सिद्धू मूसे वाला हत्याकांड: गैंगस्टर लॉरेंस बिश्नोई कबूला उसी के गिरोह ने की थी पंजाबी गायक सिद्धू मूस वाला की हत्या
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि बिश्नोई बहुत असहयोगी रहा है और उसने अभी तक अपने गिरोह के सदस्यों के नामों का खुलासा नहीं किया है, जो हत्या के पीछे असली साजिशकर्ता थे।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: गैंगस्टर लॉरेंस बिश्नोई ने जांचकर्ताओं को बताया है कि कनाडा के गोल्डी बरार सहित उसके गिरोह के सदस्यों ने साजिश रची, योजना बनाई और पंजाबी गायक और रैपर सिद्धू मूस वाला की हत्या कर दी, अधिकारियों ने शुक्रवार को कहा। बिश्नोई से पूछताछ के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस स्पेशल सेल की एक टीम नेपाल पहुंची। पुलिस को शक है कि हत्या के बाद सभी शूटर नेपाल भाग गए हैं।
बिश्नोई, जो वर्तमान में दिल्ली पुलिस के विशेष प्रकोष्ठ की हिरासत में है, ने आरोप लगाया है कि मूस वाला पिछले साल 7 अगस्त को अकाली दल के युवा नेता विक्रमजीत सिंह उर्फ विक्की मिद्दुखेड़ा की हत्या में शामिल था, जिसके कारण उनके और उनके बीच “प्रतिद्वंद्विता” हुई। पंजाबी गायक, पीटीआई ने अधिकारियों को यह जानकारी दी।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि बिश्नोई बहुत असहयोगी रहा है और उसने अभी तक अपने गिरोह के सदस्यों के नामों का खुलासा नहीं किया है, जो हत्या के पीछे असली साजिशकर्ता थे।
“बिश्नोई अब तक बहुत असहयोगी रहे हैं। लेकिन पूछताछ के दौरान, उसने स्वीकार किया कि उसकी मूस वाला के साथ प्रतिद्वंद्विता थी और दावा किया कि उसके गिरोह के सदस्यों ने गायक को मार डाला, “समाचार एजेंसी ने अधिकारियों के हवाले से कहा। एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा कि बिश्नोई ने खुलासा किया है कि “गोल्डी बराड़ उस गिरोह के सदस्यों में से एक था जिसने मूस वाला की हत्या की साजिश रची और उसे अंजाम दिया।
अधिकारी ने कहा कि बिश्नोई ने अभी तक अन्य सहयोगियों के नामों का खुलासा नहीं किया है, जो “हत्या के असली साजिशकर्ता और जल्लाद” थे। अधिकारी ने आगे कहा कि बिश्नोई ने “हत्या को अंजाम देने के पीछे के सही मकसद का खुलासा नहीं किया है और हत्या के बारे में अन्य विवरणों का खुलासा करने में असहयोगी रहा है”।
मामले की जांच कर रही दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल ने आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत दर्ज एक मामले में बिश्नोई को तिहाड़ जेल से गिरफ्तार करने के बाद तीन दिन की हिरासत में ले लिया। करीब 60 मामलों का सामना कर रहे बिश्नोई तिहाड़ जेल के सेंट्रल जेल नंबर आठ में बंद थे। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि तिहाड़ जेल में पूछताछ के बाद बिश्नोई को पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में पेश किया गया।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि पिछले महीने स्पेशल सेल की यूनिट के साथ एक संक्षिप्त मुठभेड़ के बाद तीन अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार करने के मामले में पूछताछ के लिए उन्हें तीन दिनों की पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया गया था।
एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार अपराधियों ने पूछताछ के दौरान खुलासा किया कि उनके पास से बरामद हथियारों की आपूर्ति बिश्नोई ने की थी। दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने बिश्नोई द्वारा दायर एक याचिका पर विचार करने से इनकार करने के एक दिन बाद जेल अधिकारियों को पंजाब पुलिस को उसकी हिरासत न देने का निर्देश देने की मांग की, जिसे संदेह है कि उसने मूस वाला की हत्या की साजिश रची थी।
एक अन्य मामले में पुलिस हिरासत में बंद गैंगस्टर काला जत्थेदी और उसके सहयोगी कला राणा से भी पंजाबी गायक की हत्या के सिलसिले में पूछताछ की गई। 28 वर्षीय गायक की पिछले महीने पंजाब के मनसा जिले में कुछ अज्ञात हमलावरों ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी थी। यह पंजाब सरकार द्वारा उनके सुरक्षा कवर में कटौती के एक दिन बाद हुआ।
