एक व्यक्ति का अपहरण करने, हत्या व शव को खुर्द-बुर्द करने के मामले से कुंडली थाना पुलिस ने पर्दा उठाया और सात आरोपी शुक्रवार को गिरफ्तार किये हैं। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में व्यक्ति के छोटे भाईयों की पत्नी, उनका भाई, मां, बेटा व बेटे के दो दोस्त शामिल थी। महिलाओं ने एक साल पहले हुए घरेलू झगड़े में अपने भाईयों का पक्ष लेने की रंजिश में अपने जेठ की हत्या कर डाली। दिल्ली में यमुना के पास ले जाकर, गला दबाकर, सिर में राड मारकर हत्या की थी। इसके बाद में शव को यमुना में फेंक दिया था। जिसे दिल्ली पुलिस ने बरामद किया था। मामले में चार आरोपियों को रिमांड पर लिया गया है।
मूलरूप से उत्तर प्रदेश के जिला बागपत के गांव किरठल का धर्मेंद्र (45) फिलहाल प्याऊ मनियारी में किराए पर रहता था। वह अविवाहित था। 4 सितंबर को वह अचानक लापता हो गया था। धर्मेंद्र के भाई सितेंद्र व हरेंद्र ने 6 सितंबर को कुंडली थाना में उसकी गुमशुदगी का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। इसी बीच 7 सितंबर को दिल्ली पुलिस ने यमुना नदी से एक शव बरामद किया था। जिसकी पहचान धर्मेंद्र के रूप में हुई थी। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में आया कि धर्मेंद्र की गला दबाकर व सिर में ठोस वस्तु से हमला कर हत्या की गई थी। पुलिस ने मामले में जांच शुरू की तो पता लगा कि धर्मेंद्र का उसके भाईयों की ससुराल पक्ष के साथ झगड़ा हुआ था। जांच अधिकारी एसआई शमशेर की टीम ने कार्रवाई करते हुए धर्मेंद्र के छोटे भाई सितेंद्र की पत्नी पूनम व पूनम की सगी बहन और हरेंद्र की पत्नी बबली के साथ सास गांव सिलाना बागपत निवासी ओमवती, साले राहुल को शक के आधार पर पकडक़र पूछताछ की। पूछताछ में पता लगा कि उन्होंने सितेंद्र के बेटे निखिल व निखिल के दोस्त कुंडली निवासी राहुल कुमार और अंकित के साथ मिलकर धर्मेंद्र की हत्या की और शव को खुर्द-बुर्द करने के लिए यमुना में फेंक दिया था। पुलिस ने निखिल व उसके दो दोस्तों को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस ने सभी आरोपियों को काबू करने के बाद शुक्रवार को अदालत में पेश किया, जहां दोनों बहनों व उनकी मां को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। वहीं चार अन्य आरोपियों को दो दिन के रिमांड पर लिया गया है।
कुंडली, थाना प्रभारी, रवि कुमारने बताया कि प्याऊ मनियारी से लापता व्यक्ति का शव दिल्ली से मिला था। जिसमें जांच करते हुए उसके परिजनों पर शक गहराया तो उन्हें काबू किया गया। जिसके बाद मालमे का पटाक्षेप हो गया। आरोपी सगी बहनों व उनकी मां को जेल भेज दिया गया, वहीं उनके भाई, बेटे व बेटे के दो दोस्तों को रिमांड पर लिया गया है। जिससे मामले से जुड़े सभी साक्ष्य जुटाए जा सके।
