साइना-सिद्धार्थ विवाद : NCW ने ट्विटर से पूछा ‘साइना नेहवाल पर सिद्धार्थ के ट्वीट को तुरंत ब्लॉक करें’, अभिनेता ने कहा ‘कुछ भी अपमानजनक नहीं’
एनसीडब्ल्यू अध्यक्ष ने महाराष्ट्र के डीजीपी को कानून के प्रासंगिक प्रावधानों के तहत अभिनेता के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने और मामले की जांच करने के लिए भी लिखा है।
नई दिल्ली : राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष ने ट्विटर से अभिनेता सिद्धार्थ के राष्ट्रीय शटलर साइना नेहवाल के ट्वीट को “गलत और अपमानजनक” बताते हुए तुरंत ब्लॉक करने के लिए कहा है। एनसीडब्ल्यू अध्यक्ष ने महाराष्ट्र के डीजीपी को कानून के प्रासंगिक प्रावधानों के तहत अभिनेता के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने और मामले की जांच करने के लिए भी लिखा है।
इसे बेहद अनुचित बताते हुए, एनसीडब्ल्यू ने अभिनेता के खिलाफ सोशल मीडिया पर महिलाओं के लिए अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की। आयोग ने इस संबंध में एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति भी जारी की।
इस बीच, सिद्धार्थ ने आलोचना का जवाब देते हुए कहा कि अपमानजनक कुछ भी नहीं था। “कॉक एंड बुल ‘यही संदर्भ है। अन्यथा पढ़ना अनुचित और अग्रणी है! कुछ भी अपमानजनक इरादा, कहा या संकेत नहीं दिया गया था। अवधि (एसआईसी),” उन्होंने ट्वीट किया।
