सोनीपत नगर सुधार मंच की टीम ने सोनीपत को स्वच्छ व सुंदर बनाने की मुहीम के अंतर्ग कड़ाके की ठंड और बारिश के होते हुए भी तिरंगा चौक की सफाई की, मंच के चैयरमेन संजय सिंगला ने कहा कि हर चौक पर पोस्टर बैनर ना लगाने के लिए प्रार्थना की जाती रही है। निगम द्वारा जुर्माने की चेतावनी लिख रखी है, इसके बाद भी कुछ असामाजिक तत्व पोस्टर लगाने से नही मान रहे

मंच के प्रधान सरदार मोहन सिंह मनोचा व उपप्रधान रविन्द्र सरोहा ने कहा कि जब हमने प्रशाशन से इन पर निगम व प्रशाशन द्वारा सख्त कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए तथा चुनाव के दौरान जिन भी उमीदवारों ने इन महापुरुषों की प्रतिमाओं के चौकों पर पोस्टर लगा रखे हैं उन्हें चिन्हित कर उन्ही से ये पोस्टर, बैनर, होर्डिंग आदि उतरवाने चाहिए। सफाई अभियान में वाई के त्यागी, मास्टर दिलबाग सिंह, जगत सिंह, अशोक खत्री, जयवीर गहलवात, नरेन्द्र भूटानी, लाल सिंह, सतीश, बलराज खरब, श्याम सिंह, फ़ायरमेन प्रदीप, प्रवेश जगमिंद्र , सफ़ाईकर्मी जगबीर निरीक्षक, विजय, सन्नी,हरीप्रकाश, प्रमोद, रविंद्र आदि सेवा में रहे।

सेफ़ इंडिया फाउंडेशन द्वारा रविवार को सेक्टर 12 व 13 में गरीब, मजदूर व झुग्गी झोपड़ी वाले निवासियों को जूते वितरित किए गए, सेफ़ इंडिया फाउंडेशन के चेयरमैन वाई के त्यागी ने बताया कि गरीब और मजदूर लोगो को व उनके छोटे बच्चों को जूते वितरित किए गए तथा जूतों के साथ-साथ मास्क भी वितरित किए गए।

फाउंडेशन के प्रधान संजय सिगंला ने बताया कि 50 लोगों को जूते व मास्क वितरित किए गए। सेफ इंडिया फाउंडेशन की महिला प्रधान शालु त्यागी, प्रवीण वर्मा, मास्टर दिलबाग सिंह व गीता दांगी आदि उपस्थित थे सेफ़ इंडिया फाउंडेशन द्वारा पूरे सर्दी के मौसम में करीब 2000 लोगों को जूते वितरित किए जाएंगे दिसंबर महीने से यह कार्य जारी है।
