गुरुवार को मॉस्को में भारत और चीन के बीच चल रहे तनाव के बीच दोनों देशों के विदेश मंत्रियों के बीच हुई बातचीत हुई। इसके बाद LAC पर जारी विवाद को कम करने के लिए पांच पहलुओं पर आपसी सहमति बनी है। अगर सूत्रों की माने तो भारत ने चीन से कहा कि चीनी सेना की “उकसावे वाली जी कार्रवाई है “वो द्विपक्षीय समझौतों के उल्लंघन को दिखती है। भारतीय विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर और चीनी विदेश मंत्री वांग यी के बीच गुरुवार को मॉस्को में मुलाक़ात हुई और यह फ़ैसला लिया गया।
