हरियाणा के खेल एवं युवा मामले मंत्री संदीप सिंह ने कहा कि सरकार ने किसानों की धान की फसल खरीदने के आदेश जारी कर दिया है। खरीद केन्द्रों और मंडियों में धान खरीद कार्य के दौरान व्यापारियों और किसानों को किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत नहीं आने दी जाएगी। केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा राज्य सरकार को धान की खरीद करने की अनुमति दे दी गई है।

खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह ने शनिवार को केडीबी कार्यालय में बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने राज्य सरकार द्वारा भेजे के प्रस्ताव पर अपनी मोहर लगाते हुए हरियाणा में 26 सितंबर से धान की फसल को खरीदने की अनुमति दे दी है। राज्य सरकार ने इन आदेशों के बाद खरीद एजेंसियों को तुरंत प्रभाव से धान की फसल को खरीदने निर्देश दिए है। सरकार के आदेशानुसार हरियाणा की सभी मंडियों में 27 सितंबर से धान की खरीद का कार्य शुरू हो जाएगा। सरकार ने किसानों के हित में फैसला लेते हुए सभी खरीद एजेंसियों को मंडियों में खरीद कार्य के लिए पुख्ता प्रबंध करने के भी आदेश दिए है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने किसानों की समस्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए केंद्र सरकार को धान की फसल का खरीद कार्य 1 अक्तूबर की बजाय सितंबर माह से करने के लिए पत्र लिखा था, इस पत्र का जवाब देते हुए केंद्र सरकार ने हरियाणा को 26 सितम्बर से धान की खरीद का कार्य शुरू करने की अनुमति दे दी है। इन आदेशों के बाद राज्य सरकार ने खरीद एजेंसियों को तो 27 सितंबर से सभी मंडियों व खरीद केंद्रों पर धान की फसल का खरीद कार्य शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए है।
खेलमंत्री ने जिला खाद्य एवं आपूर्ति नियंत्रक को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि कुरूक्षेत्र कि सभी मंडियों और खरीद केंद्रों में धान की फसल को खरीदने के लिए सभी प्रबंध पूरे किए जाएं और 27 सितंबर से सभी खरीद केन्द्रों पर धान की फसल खरीदने का कार्य सुचारु रूप से शुरू कर दिया जाए। इस खरीद कार्य से पहले सभी मंडियों में किसानों, व्यापारियों और मजदूरों के लिए पीने के पानी की व्यवस्था, मंडियों की सफाई व्यवस्था, शौचालयों की व्यवस्था, बारदाने की व्यवस्था और बिजली की व्यवस्था के पुख्ता प्रबंध किए जाएं ताकि व्यापारियों व किसानों को किसी प्रकार की समस्या न आए। उन्होंने कहा कि खरीद कार्य के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही सहन नहीं की जाएगी। अगर किसी स्तर पर लापरवाही मिली तो तो सम्बन्धित अधिकारी के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि कोरोना वायरस को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी मंडियों और खरीद केन्द्रों पर मॉस्क का प्रयोग, सामाजिक दूरी के नियमों की पालना, सेनिटाईजेशन कार्य सहित अन्य नियमों की पालना करवाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए ताकि किसान, मजदूरों व व्यापारियों को कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण से बचाया जा सके। किसानों को मंडियों में किसी प्रकार की कोई दिक्कत नहीं आनी चाहिए और अधिकारी आपसी तालमेल कर धान खरीद कार्य को सुचारु रूप जारी रखना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
