नारी शक्ति समूह ने राई हलका विधायक मोहनलाल बड़ौली के सेक्टर-15 स्थित आवास पर तुलसी का रोपण किया गया। विधायक बड़ौली ने समूह का विशेष आभार प्रकट किया है। उन्होंने अधिकाधिक पौधारोपण के लिए आम जनमानस का आह्वान किया।
विधायक मोहनलाल बड़ौली ने कहा कि जन्माष्टमी के शुभ अवसर पर उनके घर में तुलसी का रोपण अत्यधिक शुभ कार्य है। भारतीय संस्कृति में पेड़-पौधों का महत्व है। हमारे यहां मांगलिक अवसरों पर तुलसी को पूजा जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए पौधारोपण अनिवार्य है। लोगों को इस बात को गंभीरता से समझने की आवश्यकता है। विधायक बड़ौली ने कहा कि प्राकृतिक संतुलन के लिए भी पौधारोपण जरूरी है। हमारी संस्कृति में हर पर्व का महत्व होता है। शक्ति समूह ने विधायक बड़ौली को स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर सम्मानित भी किया। समूह की जिला प्रधान नीलम सांगवान ने कहा कि विधायक बड़ौली पर्यावरण संरक्षण को समर्पित हैं। हलका राई में वे पौधारोपण को विशेष रूप से बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं। इस अवसर पर भाजपा के जाखोली मंंडलाध्यक्ष अरूण चौहान, खुर्रमपुर के प्रधान इंद्र, असदपुर के प्रधान मुकेश, नारी शक्ति समूह की सुदेश कुमारी, गीता, प्रीति, आशा, अनूप सिंह, बलजीत सिंह तथा दिलबाग सिंह आदि मौजूद थे।
