विधानसभा के अंदर एंट्री के लिए सभी को कोविड-19 का नेगेटिव सर्टिफिकेट लाना.सुरक्षा अरेंजमेंट, पार्किंग व्यवस्था की भी होगी समीक्षा.

मानसून सत्र को लेकर स्पीकर ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता ने अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। मानसून सत्र की तैयारियों पर बैठक में चर्चा हुई। 26 अगस्त से शुरू हो जाएगा हरियाणा विधानसभा का सत्र। स्पीकर ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता ने बताया कि 26 अगस्त से हरियाणा विधानसभा का मानसून सत्र शुरू होगा।
सत्र कितने दिन का रहेगा यह तो बिजनेस एडवाइजरी कमेटी की बैठक में तय होगा। 26 तारीख को होगी बिजनेस एडवाइजरी कमिटी की बैठक होगी। कोरोना काल में सत्र हो रहा है। कोरोना का ध्यान रखते हुए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का ध्यान रखते हुए ,इस सत्र को कैसे अच्छे ढंग से किया जा सकता है। बैठक में कई निर्णय लिए गए हैं। सभी विधायक, मंत्री , मुख्यमंत्री स्पीकर कोई भी हो सभी का कोविड-19 का टेस्ट होगा। विधानसभा सत्र से 3 दिन पहले टेस्ट कराना होगा, नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट आने पर ही एंट्री मिलेगी।

विधानसभा के पूरे स्टाफ, पुलिस का कर्मचारी हो, अधिकारी हो , पत्रकार हो जो विधानसभा के अंदर एंट्री करेगा उन सभी को कोविड-19 का नेगेटिव सर्टिफिकेट लाना होगा। इस विषय पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री अनिल विज बात हुई थी। टेस्ट के लिए स्पेशल कैंप लगाया जाएगा। विधायक अपने-अपने जिलों में अपना टेस्ट करवाएंगे। सीटिंग अरेंजमेंट में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग फालो की जाएगी। दर्शक दीर्घा इस बार खत्म कर दी जाएगी। स्पीकर गैलरी में भी कोई दर्शक नहीं होगा। इस बार कोई दर्शन अलाउड नहीं होगा। अधिकारियों को भी सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का ध्यान रखते हुए जगह आवंटित की जाएगी। विधानसभा के अंदर सभी पेपरों को सैनिटाइज किया जाएगा। इसके लिए भी इंतजाम किए जाएंगें। मास्क , गलफज , सैनिटाइजर की एक एक किट विधायकों और जो विधानसभा में होंगे, सभी को दी जाएंगे। पत्रकारों को भी यह किट मुहैया कराई जाएगी। आरोग्य सेतु एप सभी के मोबाइल में डाउनलोड करनी अनिवार्य होगी

एक बैठक हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट के डीजी और अधिकारियों के साथ होगी। एक बैठक पब्लिक रिलेशन डिपार्टमेंट के साथ होगी जिसमें मीडिया की व्यवस्था पर चर्चा की जाएगी। हमारा मकसद सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग को मेंटेन रखना है। विधानसभा के एंट्री पॉइंट पर सैनिटाइजर और शू रैप डिस्पेंसर होंगें। हॉस्पिटल़ेटी डिपार्टमेंट के लिए भी एक नोडल ऑफीसर तैनात किया जाएगा। कर्मचारियों के लिए विशेष कैंप लगाया जाएगा। ताकि सभी का कोरोना टेस्ट हो सके। सभी विभागों से निवेदन करेंगे सभी विभागों के मिनिमम कर्मचारी विधानसभा में आए , जितनी जरूरत हो। एमएलए हॉस्टल को सत्र से 3 दिन पहले बंद करके सैनिटाइज किया जाएगा। विधानसभा परिसर के अंदर सभी अकेले आए , किसी को साथ में लेकर आए। मंत्री भी उसी निजी स्टाफ को लेकर आए जिस की ज्यादा जरूरत है। विधानसभा के अंदर कोई भी चाइनीस सामान परचेज चेंज नहीं किया जाएगा। चाहे स्वदेशी महंगा खरीद लें , लेकिन चाइनीस नहीं खरीदेंगे। विधानसभा परिसर के अंदर विपक्ष द्वारा किसी तरह के प्रोटेस्ट की परमिशन नहीं होगी। विधानसभा परिसर के बाहर प्रोटेस्ट कर सकते हैं। विधानसभा सदन के अंदर कानून की मर्यादा नियम का पालन करना , वह सभी का कर्तव्य है। मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है कि सदन के अंदर शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से अच्छे ढंग से अच्छी चर्चा के साथ चलेगा।
