प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कम COVID-19 टीकाकरण कवरेज वाले जिलों के साथ एक आभासी समीक्षा बैठक की। पीएम मोदी ने झारखंड, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, मेघालय और कम टीकाकरण कवरेज वाले जिलों के 40 से अधिक जिलों के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ बातचीत की।
नई दिल्ली: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कम COVID-19 टीकाकरण कवरेज वाले जिलों के साथ एक आभासी समीक्षा बैठक की। पीएम मोदी ने झारखंड, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, मेघालय और कम टीकाकरण कवरेज वाले जिलों के 40 से अधिक जिलों के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ बातचीत की। प्रधानमंत्री ने बैठक के दौरान इन राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों से भी बात की और एक रोडमैप और टीकाकरण अभियान को कैसे तेज किया जाए, इस पर चर्चा की।
पीएम मोदी ने राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों से शत-प्रतिशत डबल डोज टीकाकरण का लक्ष्य रखने का आग्रह किया अन्यथा देश को एक नए संकट का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। पीएम मोदी ने जिला प्रशासकों से बात करते हुए कहा, “अब तक की गई प्रगति आपकी मेहनत का नतीजा है। प्रशासन के हर सदस्य, आशा कार्यकर्ताओं ने बहुत मेहनत की, मीलों पैदल चलकर दूर-दराज के इलाकों में टीकाकरण कराया। 1 अरब, एक नया संकट आ सकता है।”
पीएम मोदी ने आगे कहा कि कई राज्यों ने वैक्सीन की 100% पहली खुराक देने का लक्ष्य हासिल कर लिया है, उन्हें भी कई क्षेत्रों में अलग-अलग चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ा। भौगोलिक स्थिति, संसाधनों की चुनौतियां थीं लेकिन इन जिलों ने आगे बढ़ने के लिए उन चुनौतियों पर काबू पा लिया। इसलिए, सूक्ष्म रणनीति बनाने, क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने और कोविड के टीकों के बारे में गलत धारणाओं को दूर करने की उनकी बारी है।
पीएम मोदी ने यह भी कहा कि किसी को भी यह सोचकर बीमारी को कम नहीं आंकना चाहिए कि उनके पास एक मजबूत प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली है या वे एक स्वस्थ जीवन शैली जीते हैं ताकि वे संक्रमित न हों क्योंकि वायरस भेदभाव नहीं करता है। इसलिए जरा सी भी ढिलाई नहीं बरतनी चाहिए।

मुख्यमंत्रियों से ‘हर घर दस्तक’ अभियान पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने का आग्रह करते हुए, प्रधान मंत्री ने जिला अधिकारियों को आध्यात्मिक और धार्मिक नेताओं से संपर्क करने और लोगों से टीकाकरण करने का आग्रह करते हुए उनके लघु वीडियो प्रसारित करने का सुझाव दिया। वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिए हुई इस बैठक में पहली खुराक के 50 फीसदी से कम कवरेज वाले और दूसरे टीके की कम कवरेज वाले जिलों को शामिल किया गया।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने G20 और COP26 बैठकों में भाग लेने के बाद विदेश से लौटने के तुरंत बाद बैठक की। टीकाकरण की गति और कवरेज में तेजी लाने की आवश्यकता पर प्रकाश डालते हुए केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मनसुख मंडाविया ने हाल ही में कहा था कि देश में 10.34 करोड़ से अधिक लोग ऐसे हैं जिन्होंने निर्धारित अंतराल की समाप्ति के बाद वैक्सीन की दूसरी खुराक नहीं ली है।
