श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय:बाल श्रम रोकने के लिए रेड कार्ड टू चाइल्ड लेबर के पोस्टर का हुआ विमोचन
श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा संचालित राष्ट्रीय बालश्रम परियोजना फरीदाबाद की ईकाई ने बाल श्रम उन्मूलन दिवस के अवसर पर एडीसी सतवीर सिंह मान के साथ मिलकर रेड कार्ड टू चाइल्ड लेबर के पोस्टर का विमोचन किया। जिसका मतलब बालश्रम को सख्ती से रोकना है। इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय बाल श्रम परियोजना फरीदाबाद की प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर रुक्मिणी और प्रोग्राम मैनेजर शिवकुमार मौजूद रहे।

प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर रुक्मिणी ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि कई खेलों में लाल कार्ड का उपयोग किया जाता है और आमतौर पर यह एक गंभीर अपराध का संकेत देता है। इसका अक्सर यह भी अर्थ होता है कि किसी खिलाड़ी को खेल से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया गया है। इसलिए मंत्रालय ने बाल श्रम के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए अपनेे अभियान में रेड कार्ड टू चाइल्ड लेबर जैसे शक्तिशाली प्रतीक का उपयोग किया है।

प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर रुक्मिणी ने बताया के फरीदाबाद में उनके जागरूकता अभियानों के चलते बाल श्रम में कमी आई है और वह उम्मीद करती हैं कि आने वाले दिनों में फरीदाबाद बाल श्रम मुक्त हो जाएगा। इसलिए हमें वर्तमान में बच्चों को बाल श्रम और कोरोनावायरस दोनों से ही बचाना है। एडीसी सतवीर सिंह मान नेे कहा के विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर लोगों में जागरूकता के लिए इस तरह के आकर्षित पोस्टर और विभिन्न कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं जिससे समाज में फैल रही बाल श्रम जैसी कुरीति को खत्म किया जा सके। इसके बाद भी अगर कोई व्यक्ति बाल श्रम करवाता हुआ पकड़ा जाता है तो उसके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही भी की जाती है जो कि इससे पहले समय-समय पर की भी गई है।
