‘अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस’:स्वस्थ जीवन का आधार है योगा: मूलचंद शर्मा
हरियाणा के परिवहन एवं खनन विभाग के कैबिनेट मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा ने कहा कि योग स्वस्थ जीवन का आधार है और हमें बेहतर स्वास्थ्य के लिए योग को अपने जीवन का अभिन्न अंग बनाना होगा। कोविड-19 वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना के वायरस को रोकने में योग की अहम भूमिका रही।

जीजेडी न्यूज़.फरीदाबाद। हरियाणा के परिवहन एवं खनन विभाग के कैबिनेट मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा ने कहा कि योग स्वस्थ जीवन का आधार है और हमें बेहतर स्वास्थ्य के लिए योग को अपने जीवन का अभिन्न अंग बनाना होगा। कोविड-19 वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना के वायरस को रोकने में योग की अहम भूमिका रही। वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना वायरस के रोकने के लिए जब दुनिया में कोई दवा नहीं थी तब योगाभ्यास के नियमों की पालना करने वाले लोगों में इम्यूनिटी पावर की गुणात्मक बढ़ोतरी की बदौलत से कोरोना वायरस को शरीर से खत्म करने में लोगों को कामयाबी मिली।
प्रदेश में 1100 स्थानों पर सातवां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस मनाया गया
कैबिनेट मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा आज सोमवार को सुबह स्थानीय सैक्टर-12 खेल परिसर में जिला स्तरीय सातवां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस समारोह में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शिरकत कर रहे थे। उन्होंने पत्रकारों के साथ बातचीत में कहा कि भारत की योग प्राचीनतम पद्धति है। भारत की योग पद्धति का आज पूरे विश्व के देशों में अनुसरण किया जा रहा है। आज सातवें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस पर धरती, आसमान और पाताल में भी लोगों ने योग भ्यास किया। एयर फोर्स के सैनिकों ने आसमान में, नेवी के सैनिकों ने समुंदर में और आम जन तथा थल सेना ने धरती पर सातवां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस धूमधाम से मनाया गया है। जिला में 50 स्थानों पर सातवां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस मनाया गया। जबकि प्रदेश में 1100 स्थानों पर सातवां अंतरराष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस मनाया गया।
दीप प्रज्वलित कर जिला स्तरीय अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस समारोह का शुभारंभ किया गया
सातवें अंतरराष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस अभ्यास में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के भाषण और मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल द्वारा किये गए सातवें अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस का लाइव प्रसारण प्रसारण भी दिखाया गया। मुख्य अतिथि कैबिनेट मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा व अन्य नेतागण और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर जिला स्तरीय अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस समारोह का शुभारंभ किया गया।
