फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि हरियाणा महिला विकास निगम का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को सामाजिक, आर्थिक, स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा क्षेत्रो के प्रति जागरूक करना है। उन्होंने बताया कि परिवार के पास सीमित संसाधनों के कारण महिलाओं को उच्च शिक्षा ( जैसे व्यवसायिक / तकनीकी डिप्लोमा, स्नातक व चिकित्सा संबंदी इत्यादि) देने से रोक दिया जाता है।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि हरियाणा महिला विकास निगम का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को सामाजिक, आर्थिक, स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा क्षेत्रो के प्रति जागरूक करना है। उन्होंने बताया कि परिवार के पास सीमित संसाधनों के कारण महिलाओं को उच्च शिक्षा ( जैसे व्यवसायिक / तकनीकी डिप्लोमा, स्नातक व चिकित्सा संबंदी इत्यादि) देने से रोक दिया जाता है। अत्याधिक फीस व बैंकों के शिक्षा ऋण पर ब्याज दर के भार को कम करने के लिए हरियाणा महिला विकास निगम ने गत एक अप्रैल 2007 से बैंकों के माध्यम से महिलाओं, लड़कियों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए शिक्षा ऋण पर 5% ब्याज दर पर सब्सिडी देने की पहल की है। इसमें देश व विदेश में शिक्षा लेने वाली महिलाओं लड़कियों को लाभ मिल सकता है ।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस ऋण हेतु पात्रता के लिए ऋण बैंक की उच्च शिक्षा स्कीम के अनुसार ही मिलेगा। प्रत्येक हरियाणा निवासी महिला/ लड़की ऋण की पात्र है। शिक्षा के लिए आमदनी जाति एवं संप्रदाय मापदंड नहीं है । हरियाणा सरकार कर्मचारियों की लड़कियो एवं महिलाओं भी ऋण के पात्र हैं। व्यवसायिक/ तकनीकी डिप्लोमा , स्नातक , स्नातकोत्तर, चिकित्सा इत्यादि कोर्स के लिए ऋण लेने के पात्र हैं।
उन्होंने ऋण प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया के बारे बताया कि ऋण के लिए आवेदन पत्र संबंधित बैंक से लेकर उसमे वर्णित सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी करके उसी बैंक में जमा करवाना है तथा आवेदन पत्र की एक प्रतिलिपि महिला विकास निगम के जिला प्रबंधक के पास देनी होगी। ऋण स्वीकृत होने के बाद बैंक स्वीकृत पत्र की एक प्रति संबंधित जिला प्रबंधक को भेजेगा। बैंक ऋण के वितरित होने वाली हर किस्त के बाद दिनांक व ऋण की राशि सहित प्रति जिला प्रबंधक कार्यालय में भेजेगा।
प्रार्थी का कोर्स खत्म होने तक या खत्म होने के 2 साल के अंदर अपनी फाइल कार्यालय में जमा करवा सकता है । उसके बाद फ़ाइल स्वीकार नहीं होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि इस संबंध में अधिक जानकारी हेतु निगम के जिला प्रबंधक कार्यालय हरियाणा महिला विकास निगम कमरा नंबर 609 छठी मंजिल जिला सचिवालय सेक्टर- 12 फरीदाबाद या 7015 487239 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
