नेहरू युवा केन्द्र सोनीपत युवा एवं खेल मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के तत्वाधान में रसोई यूथ क्लब और जखोली युवा क्लब ने संयुक्त रूप से राई खंड के असावरपुर गांव में सरकार की फिट इंडिया मुहिम के तहत युवाओं की तिरंगा यात्रा , साइकिल रैली, दौड़ व ध्वजारोहण के कार्यक्रम किए।
युवा एवं खेल मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के समनवयक नवीन गुलिया ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य ही मानव का सर्वोत्तम गहना है। आज के युग में बीमारियां बहुत बढ़ रही है बीमारियों से बचने के लिए हमें व्यायाम व योग द्वारा अपने शरीर को स्वस्थ रखना होगा/सरकार ने भी फिट इंडिया की मुहिम चलाई हुई है। उधर राई ब्लॉक के स्वयंसेवक राकेश दहिया और गुलाब सिंह ने युवाओं का उत्साह बढ़ाने के लिए इस मुहिम के तहत स्वतंत्रता दिवस के उपलक्ष में युवाओं की साइकिल रैली,दौड़,तिरंगा यात्रा को हरी झंडी देकर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया/इस मौके पर विजेता युवाओं को कबड्डी कोच श्री प्रदीप शर्मा व खेल पर्मोटर मुकेश जठेडी ने मेडल पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। इस दौरान सरस्वती स्कूल प्रबंधक जोगिंदर और शमशेर, ताइक्वांडो कोच राजेश, बास्केट बॉल कोच रवित आदि गणमान्य व्यक्ति मौजूद रहे।
