उपायुक्त कैंप कार्यालय में मंगलवार को डिस्ट्रिक्ट डेवल्पमेंट प्लान को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों की बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। वर्ष 2020-2021 के अंतर्गत 1143.92 लाख रुपये आवंटित किये गये हैं। गत वर्ष के बजट तथा विकास कार्यों को लेकर भी विस्तार से चर्चा की। लंबित विकास कार्यों की रिपोर्ट ली। वर्तमान में जारी विकास कार्यों की पड़ताल की।
उपायुक्त पुनिया ने निर्देश दिए कि पहले से चल रहे विकास कार्य प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरे करवाये जायें। कोई नया कार्य शुरु न करें। सिमेंट की आवश्यकता व यूसी के संदर्भ में भी दो दिन के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्रेषित करें। साथ ही किस काम के लिए कितना पैसा चाहिए इसकी रिपोर्ट भी प्रेषित की जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि ऐसे विकास कार्यों की रिपोर्ट भी भेजें जो पूरे हो चुके हैं किंतु उनका भुगतान नहीं हुआ हो। अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मुनीश शर्मा, नगराधीश जितेंद्र जोशी, बीडीपीओ मनोज कौशल, बीडीपीओ पूनम चंदा, बीडीपीओ राजेश टिवाना, बीडीपीओ मनीष मलिक सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारीग बैठक में शामिल रहे।
