फरीदाबाद सहित गुरुग्राम और दिल्ली की ऑक्सीजन फैक्ट्री मानी जाने वाली अरावली में अवैध निर्माणों पर गाज गिरने की उम्मीद जगी है। एनजीटी ने वन विभाग को ऐसे अवैध निर्माणों पर कार्रवाई कर 31 जनवरी तक स्टेटस रिपोर्ट सौंपने के आदेश दिए हैं। इस आदेश से अब वन विभाग के अंदर हलचल पैदा हो गई, क्योंकि अरावली में करीब ऐसे 120 से अधिक निर्माण बने हुए हैं जिन्हें तोड़ पाना किसी चुनौती से कम नहीं है। जिला वन अधिकारी ने इस बाबत जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों से संपर्क किया है। अब जल्द अरावली में 120 अवैध निर्माणों पर तोडफ़ोड़ की योजना बनाई जाएगी। बता दें अरावली पर्वतमाला इस समय भूमाफिया के कब्जे में है। यहां हरे-भरे जंगलों को काटकर कब्जे किए जा रहे हैं। एक के बाद एक फार्म हाऊस बन रहे हैं।

गुरुग्राम में तो अरावली के अंदर हुए अवैध निर्माणों पर कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। पिछले दिनों अनंगपुर, बडख़ल, मांगर, अनखीर, मेवला महाराजपुर के अंतर्गत आने वाले अरावली पर्वतमाला का सर्वे हुआ था। इसमें करीब 120 अवैध निर्माण चिन्हित किए गए थे। इनमें फार्म हाऊस बड़ी संख्या में हैं। इसकी रिपोर्ट एनजीटी को भेजी गई थी। इसी रिपोर्ट पर एनजीटी ने अब इन सभी निर्माणों को तोडऩे के आदेश दिए हैं। पता लगा है कि अधिकतर निर्माण राजनेताओं के करीबियों के हैं। राजनीतिक संरक्षण की वजह से ही इन निर्माणों पर अभी तक कार्रवाई नहीं हो सकी है। करीब सालभर पहले भी नगर निगम ने 140 अवैध निर्माण अरावली में चिन्हित कर लिए थे, लेकिन अभी तक तोडफ़ोड़ नहीं की जा सकी है। बता दें अरावली को लेकर सेव अरावली की टीम एनजीटी व हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर चुकी है। कई एफआइआर दर्ज कराई गई हैं और संघर्ष अभी भी जारी है। सेव अरावली की टीम दिन-रात अरावली संरक्षण को लेकर काम कर रही है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी अरावली में अवैध निर्माण को लेकर अवमानना का नोटिस जारी कर चुका है। संस्था के संस्थापक जितेंद्र भडाना के अनुसार यहां आए दिन निर्माण होने की सूचना मिलती रहती है। यह सूचना जिला वन अधिकारी तक पहुंचाई जाती है। इसके बावजूद समय पर कार्रवाई नहीं होती। एनजीटी ने अरावली के अंदर अवैध रूप से बने 120 निर्माणों पर कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए हैं। जिला वन अधिकारी राजकुमार का कहना है कि जल्द यहां तोडफ़ोड़ की योजना बनाई जाएगी। इसके लिए जिला प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर कार्रवाई करेंगे। जिला उपायुक्त को इस आदेश से अवगत करा दिया गया है। ये निर्माण किसके हैं, इस बारे में कुछ नहीं पता है लेकिन वन क्षेत्र में होने की वजह से इन्हें तोड़ा जरूर जाएगा।
