प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अनुसार तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ PMLA की जांच के बाद प्रॉसीक्यूशन शिकायत दायर की जा चुकी हैं। इन तीनों के प्रत्यर्पण के लिए यूनाइटेड किंगडम, एंटीगुआ और बारबुडा में निवेदन किया जा चुका है। भगोड़े कारोबारी विजय मालिया के प्रत्यर्पण का वेस्टमिंस्टर मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया था जिस पर यूके हाई कोर्ट की मुहर लग चुकी है। भगोड़े कारोबारी विजय माल्या को यूके सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आवेदन की अनुमति नहीं मिली इसलिए उसका भारत प्रत्यर्पण होना निश्चित है।
