जिले के सीआईए स्टाफ गोहाना पुलिस ने हथियार के बल पर लूट की घटनाओं में संलिप्त बदमाशों को मुठभेड़ के बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। गिरफ्तार आरोपी मोन उर्फ मोनू निवासी आर्यनगर गोहाना जिला सोनीपत, मोहित निवासी खेड़ीसाध व मोहित निवासी निंदाना जिला रोहतक के रहने वाले है। अदालत में पेश कर इनको 6 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया।

गोहाना में सहायक पुलिस अधीक्षक निकिता खटटर ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि सोमवार की रात को सीआईए स्टाफ गोहाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक नरेन्द्रपाल के निर्देश उपनिरीक्षक जलजीत सिंह, धर्मबीर सिंह, कवरभान, मुख्य सिपाही अनुप सिंह, हरेन्द्र, मनोज, सिपाही सुनील अपनी पुलिस टीम के साथ सूचना मिलने पर बदमाशों को काबू करने का प्रयास किया तो बदमाशों ने पुलिस टीम पर फायर किये। पुलिस टीम ने जवाबी कार्यवाही करते हुये फायर किया तो एक बदमाश के पैर में गोली लगने से घायल हो गया। तलाशी लेने पर तीन बदमाशों के पास से तीन अवैध देशी पिस्तौल 5 जिन्दा कारतूस व तीन खाली खोल मिले। घायल बदमाश सोनू उर्फ काला निवासी चौपड़ा कालोनी गोहाना को उपचार के लिए पीजीआई खानपुर में दाखिल करवाया गया।

इन्होंने अपरोधों को स्वीकार किया कि एक महीना पहले हथियार के बल पर आईएमटी चौक रोहतक स्थित दुकानदार से 70 हजार रूपये लूटे, 23 फरवरी को साथियों के साथ हथियार के बल पर रोहतक स्थित हिसार रोड़ के नजदीक ज्वैलर्स की दुकान से जेवरात व आभूषण लूटने की घटना को अन्जाम दिया था। 26 फरवरी को हथियार के बल गोहाना स्थित ज्वैलर्स की दुकान से आभूषण व नकदी लूटने की घटना को अन्जाम दिया था। हथियार के बल मुंडलाना से खानपुर रोड़ पर एक बाईक को लूटा, 21/22 फरवरी को अपने साथियों के साथ हथियार के बल पर आहुलाना गन्नौर की सीमा से बाईक लूटने की घटना को अन्जाम दिया था।
