भूमि की मुआवजा राशि: अधिग्रहित भूमि का मुआवजा देने के साथ ब्याज भी देगी सरकार, तीन गांवों के लोगों को मिलेगा लाभ
मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन की मध्यस्थता के बाद सरकार ने ग्रामीणों की मांगों की सुनवाई हुई अधिग्रहित की गई भूमि की मुआवजा राशि पर ब्याज समेत मिलेगी। राई खंड के अंतर्गत गांव प्रीतमपुरा व रसोई और बढ़मलिक के ग्रामीण ने शुक्रवार को राजीव जैन के निवास पर पहुंच कर आभार जताया है।

मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन की मध्यस्थता के बाद सरकार ने ग्रामीणों की मांगों की सुनवाई हुई अधिग्रहित की गई भूमि की मुआवजा राशि पर ब्याज समेत मिलेगी। राई खंड के अंतर्गत गांव प्रीतमपुरा व रसोई और बढ़मलिक के ग्रामीण ने शुक्रवार को राजीव जैन के निवास पर पहुंच कर आभार जताया है।
ग्रामीण रसोई के रणबीर, प्रीतमपुरा के सुखदास व सतबीर और बढ़मलिक के राजबीर आदि ने कहा कि ब्याज देने का फैसला स्वागत योग्य है। ग्रामीणों की मांगों को पूरा करवाने में पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार ने जिममेदारी को निभाया है। उधर राजीव जैन ने बताया कि राई क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत सेक्टर-39 के लिए रसोई, प्रीतमपुरा व बढ़मलिक गांवों की 300 एकड़ से अधिक भूमि का अधिग्रहण किया गया था। वर्ष 2005 में नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया गया और वर्ष 2008 में अवार्ड किया गया।
ग्रामीणों ने अपनी अधिग्रहित की गई भूमि का कब्जा नहीं दिया। ग्रामीणों के विरोध के चलते अधिग्रहित भूमि पर आगे की कार्रवाई प्रारंभ नहीं हो सकी। विरोध लंबे समय तक जारी रहा। बाद में ग्रामीणों ने मुआवजा राशि पर ब्याज देने की मांग की। प्रदेश में सत्ता परिवर्तन होने के बाद भी ग्रामीणों ने अपनी मांग जारी रखी। ग्रामीणों ने भाजपा सरकार से भी ब्याज की गुहार लगाई। ग्रामीणों ने उनसे मध्यस्थता के लिए मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल से भेंट कर मांग पूरा करवाने का आग्रह किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने ग्रामीणों की मांग पूरी करने का भरोसा दिया, जो पूरा कर दिया गया है। पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार जैन ने बताया कि हरियाणा स्टेट इंडस्ट्रियल एंड इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवल्पमेंट कॉर्पोरेशन लि. (एचएसआईआईडीसी) ने ग्रामीणों को ब्याज देने संबंधी पत्र जारी कर दिया गया है। भाजपा सरकार किसान व आम आदमी की हितैषी है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल का आभार जताया है।
