सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के केस में महाराष्ट्र सरकार को एक बड़ा झटका दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि इस मामले की सीबीआई जांच करेगी। महाराष्ट्र सरकार लगातार इस मामले में सीबीआई जांच का विरोध करती रही है ,और उसका यह कहना था कि मामला मुंबई पुलिस से अपने तरीके से हैंडल करेगी। यह मामला मुंबई पुलिस के पास ही रहना चाहिए आपको बता दें कि सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के सिलसिले में पटना में केस दर्ज कर उसे मुंबई में ट्रांसफर करने के लिए रिया चक्रवर्ती जो एक्ट्रेस है। उसने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी जिसका फैसला आज आना है। फैसले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया है कि इस मामले की जांच सीबीआई करेगी और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पटना में जो एफ आई आर दर्ज हुई थी, उसे सही ठहराया है.

शीर्ष अदालत ने अपने इस फैसले को मुंबई पुलिस को आदेश दिया है कि वह अब तक जुटाए गए सभी दस्तावेजों को और सभी सबूतों को सीबीआई को सौंप दें और कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा है कि महाराष्ट्र सरकार कोर्ट के आदेश का पूर्ण रुप से पालन करें और उस में सहयोग करें। अदालत का फैसला आने के बाद महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने जांच को सीबीआई के पास ट्रांसफर करने के को लेकर इस फैसले को चुनौती देने के लिए स्वतंत्रता मांगी है। जिसमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ इंकार कर दिया है यानी कि महाराष्ट्र सरकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले को कहीं भी चुनौती नहीं दे पाएगी।
